On Good Friday of this year, as I was at the self checkout, An employee came up to me ans started screaming at me, Get out of here! Go Home Stay home. There were other customers there. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I have a friend who is an employee at the same store, she told me this rude employee hollered at her for being a friend of mine. Now when I go to this store, She has Greeters that turn their back on me when I walk in. When she sees me she stands and scowls at me. I am very uncomfortable with this kind of treatment. I have no idea what I have done to make her treat me like this. I have a good relationship with a few cashiers that always greet me pleasantly. I am an 85 year old man. And this woman Scares me! On Memorial day, I went to this store, she was there. I am a Veteran, and I was wearing my U S ARMY Cap, and a Tee shirt that identifies me as a Veteran. Same rude glaring at me absolutely no respect for my Service. My friend that works at that store told me her name is Deb. That's all I know about her.
Realisticly She and others that treat me with scorn should be fired. I don't want to shop where I feel threatened
My feelings are, she and any of the others that are discourteous should be fired, or assigned different shifts so I don.t have to face them every time I visit. I have been a loyal customer for years shopping at the Novi store, the Commerce store, Wixom store, Brighton store, and Howell store. We spend quite a bit of money at Meijer's each month,
If you tell me I'm not wanted I will abide.
