YES! Communities

I have lived here 20 years and seen at least 3 different companies as owners. The park has continually gone to the trash. As of late, they sell homes on a rent to own basis and the clientele they rent to is trash. They destroy the homes and then walk away. Just this week a home near me was demolished because they couldn't lease it. I happen to know that home has been gutted at least 3 times and the people just walked away from it. It seems that every month i'm getting a letter saying because of expenses and costs, we no longer have free garbage. And yet we had to have new street signs, rip out beautiful pine trees, and god knows what else. I didnt ask for new signs or ripping out trees. But I see i'm paying for it. Well. I have a suggestion... Since i'm such an unhappy resident... Why not raise the rent to 500 a month? That ought to take care of any other worthless ideas somebody dreams up! And, why not do background checks and see how many child molesters and meth labs we have? I know one thing... Hopefully i'm going to get out if this dump next year and I wont ever recommend this place to anyone! Horrible place to live!
