Checkers & Rally's - But two big buford, meals and a chicken combo meal

Went to the drive-thru but two big Buford combo meals and a chicken combo meal. The burgers were like hockey pucks there was no way that they were cooked today
They were unedible
I left two messages with the store no response
It's in Lapeer Michigan
I guess you want more words well the food was horrible nobody wears a mask ever no gloves
I can't believe you're still in business I hope this is enough words cuz I'm just talking to get more words please help

Desired outcome: Refund
