Hi, We went to the Outback in Madison Heights, MI, I called on Saturday to make a Sunday reservation. the woman who answered took the information, but you could tell, she was not taking down the info. She did not even ask for the spelling of the name and when i said we will have a person with a wheelchair she just said ok and hung up. I called 2 hours before arriving to confirm the reservation, i got another woman who was a little snippy and said ok all set. We got the restaurant and there was not a reservation for us. the reason i made the reservation is because in the past they have sat 6 people in a booth which is very hard to eat all crammed in the booth so i wanted a table. The service was also very bad, it took 1/2 an hour for drinks, they served the dinner before serving the soups and salad and when we complained the guy who delivered the food just shrugged his shoulders. the waitress was new, so we forgave her she had to switch to writing down the orders because she was obviously not trained on the handheld computer, she tried but gave up and she apologized.
