Good morning. I wanted to stock up on 3 wick candles yesterday during your big sale. I went to the Monroe Mall to your store. I have bad arthritis and cannot walk long distances or stand a long time. I had to sit and rest half way from my car to your store. Once I arrived, I found a lineup just to enter the store. I was also told once I complete my shopping, it was an hour wait to check out with a cashier. Disappointed, I left and went home to order online and pay shipping charges. There is no way I could stand even half that amount of time. I got home and at 1pm, found that every 3 wick candle was sold out. Another disappointment. However, this morning at 7am you had all candles back in stock. How amazing you could manufacture all those candles overnight! If you didn't have any in stock at 1pm yesterday, why was I still getting emails from you at 525pm to go online and buy your 3 wick candles? If you were sold out I shouldn't have received advertisements if you couldn't fulfill them. I am not asking for anything here. I just wanted you to know what a big disappointment this whole experience was yesterday. Diana Samar, Carleton MI.
