Just recently bought 5 new taco's and was shocked at what I received. Your advertisement shows a really nice "full" normal taco, but what we received is a closed deep fried taco. Only a little meat, sauce and maybe cheese? My husband ate one on his way home and it was cold. Had he known what it looked like and how cold it was when he was there, he would of gotten his money back. He said when he ordered them, they were already made and gave them to him. We don't live close to the Burger King. so he didn't turn around and request his money back. It was for sure very bad advertisement. I would hope you would send a representative over to that Burger King without them knowing that person worked for you and order a taco and see for yourself what you got. My only regret is that I didn't take a picture what they looked like but we are in our 70's and don't have a very nice cell phone and the batteries were too low to take pictures. Our luck. Hope you take notice of this letter and try and find out why this happened. Date purchased was 7-21-19 at 8:06 p.m. number of the store is: 14465. Phone is: 231-788-4434.
