I understand Tim Hortons is short on help because no matter where you work it is that way. That being said, that does not excuse the lack of politeness and no lack of rudeness I receive when I go to the Tim Hortons in Chesterfield, MI
They are almost out of every item that I order. I have to repeat my order multiple times and they still get it wrong. I am waiting forever at their drive through window and there isn't anyone even in the line. When I do get my food, the English muffin is either rock hard or rubbery or Not even toasted at all. The last few times I've been there my donuts were rock hard and I feel like they must've been sitting in their shelves all day. As an employee and customer service they need to know that they shouldn't be allowed to serve items in that way. I am guessing you wouldn't be so happy to know that employees are not taking pride in what they get their customers
Like I said Before I get it there's probably short staffed they're probably exhausted but that still doesn't give them the right to feel like they have a chip on their shoulder and I'm putting them out anytime I try to order food from this Tim Hortons.
