On 6/28/2023 I ordered the bone in ribeye dinner, medium well, no char. Salad, and green beans. The steak came charred and cooked more well then Medium well.
The waitress came back with the steak asking and explaining that the grill marks would be on the steak. I agreed that the marks would be present but I specifically ordered no char!
The manager returns and says the same thing. I explained I have ordered and received my order as I wanted in the pass with no problems. This goes on for 10-15min of the steak being paraded around.
At this point they aren’t offering me another steak. I tell them cancel my dinner and I would pay for my sides! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
This was the Roseville store in MI.
time 7:00-8pm.
Desired outcome: Another steak would have resolved the problem.
