My boyfriend and I bought a bag of puppy food and 2 drinks we got done checking out and we're about to leave the store when this lady asked us for our receipt well my boyfriend threw it away because you typically wouldn't keep a receipt for those items and didn't no he had to keep it so he said that he didn't have it he threw it away and this short white haired lady asked him to go dig threw the garbage to get it in front of the self check out. This is ridiculous there are other ways to look up a recipt then to tell a customer to dig threw the trash I was very puzzled and shocked that she asked him that. I don't agree or like how she handled this situation it was very humiliating.. And if your going to have someone standing at the door asking for receipts you might wanna out a sign somewhere that says that or tell your staff to mention it.
