Over the past few months, we have experienced issues with the service at this location. When an XL hot tea is ordered, most often the water level does not meet the expectation.
During today's visit my wife ordered an XL hot tea and was given a large at the window. When she mentioned the discrepancy to the associate at the window, she heard someone in the background say, rudely, she ordered a large. Not true; she always orders XL, and especially when she has 80 points and the item would be free. When she got home & stirred it, some "orange" colored debris came to the top. Needless to say she didn't drink the wasted "free" tea, and we will not frequent the location going forward.
