I went into the Circle K in Taylor mi paid for my gas once I got outside the pump didnt work I walked back into the store told the cashier Cheryl about it she told me well it says the gas was already pumped I explained to her that I didn't pump the gas she proceeded to tell me well it says the gas was pumped I told her again I didn't pump the gas and she tells me yet again that I already pumped my gas at this point Im frustrated. As Im telling her again a young lady comes in and speaks to the 2nd cashier and tells her that her card stopped working while pumping her gas the manager Colene comes out and scolded me for being to loud I explained to her I paid for gas and didnt get it she turns to the cashier and she says that that lady already pumped her gas the computer says so mean while the 2nd cashier fixes the young ladys problem with her pump and kindly fix my issue because the cashier #1 Cheryl put my money on the young lady pump not one time did she try and find the problem but kept saying maam you already pumped your gas not one time did the manager Colene listen and try to correct the problem nor did she or cashier 1 Cheryl apologize for the mix up I ended up wasting 15min or more of my time over a product that I paid for which caused me to have a horrible start of my morning I will not be a returning customer and thinking of contacting the local news and fyi I've worked in customer service for over 8 years and I wouldn't have handled the customer problem with such poor service and management was the worst
