Meijer - not getting my coupons credit

Your ad that goes from 2/19/2023 thru 02/25/2023, buy 6 save $3.00 dollars. I bought 6 and did not get my $3.00 off. The 6 items were campbells soup should of been 99 cents charged $1.49, prego pasta sauce charged $1.99 should of been $1.49, Edys ice cream charged $3.49 should of been $2.99, Lance snack crackers charged $3.49 should have been $2.99, Coke a cola 6 pack mini cans charged $4.19 should have been $3.69, Maxwell house coffee charged $7.99 should have been $7.49.

Desired outcome: I would like my $3.00. I know its not much but I am on a fixed income and every little bit helps. Thank you.

Your experience sounds so familiar! Meijer appears to be notorious for not having advertised and in-store promotional prices properly programmed into the cash registers! And how many times has it been that a cashier will sigh and look frustrated while saying, "I'm sorry, this is what the register says it is." At times like that, I just try to gently say to the cashier, "well okay, just take those items back. I won't be buying them." Sometimes that little bit of push-back motivates a cashier to ask for help from customer service. Sometimes they couldn't care less and will just scan the items off the bill. When Meijer does not honor its advertised prices then perhaps its best if we just refuse to buy those items.

Meijer - cashier

I came to the Taylor, Michigan store on Aug 5, 2019. The cashier was so rude I nearly walked out without my purchase. I picked up some yogert that was marked down and when she seen how many there was, she commented sarcastictly too, "I have to scan all these. I'm going to be here all day!" She made this comment several times and was so loud also. I felt so embarrassed, I just wanted to leave. I'm strongly concidering never shopping at Meijer again. Her name is Carrie and was on register #22 on Aug 5th. I was in this line for 23 minutes before it was my turn, the person in front of me was a friend of her that she hadn't seen in a while so she was busy talking instead of doing her job.

Not enough registers wer open either.
