Was at the White Lake Meijer store in Michigan on April 23rd. I have to tell you that every time I go in that store to grocery shop the shelves are never stocked. Today they were so bad it looked like that store was going out of business. I can see this happening around the holidays but this is an everyday occurrence at this location. I have been trying to purchase Lysol toilet bowl cleaner with the iron cleaner in it for over THREE MONTHS now. Still no item and instead of getting better it has gotten worse!
That whole aisle was almost bare. No paper towels, toilet bowl cleaner, Clorox spray clean up and hardly any paper plate items. The freezer section was almost just as bad and the cereal aisle as well. If you can’t stock your shelves then maybe you need to close the store and quit wasting the consumers time. I had to end up going to Kroger to get my groceries. Obviously the Meijer boys don’t visit their stores like Fred used to do. They should be ashamed of how they have let the stores get run down.

Meijer - Donald a cashier at White Lake store #227
My sister and I were in line to check out and I put our coupons on the little counter, right away Donald started about how much time it was going to take for all the coupons. We had coupons that also had mperks, I understand we can't use both, but then he kept questioning us about every other coupon, and kept asking if we wanted to go to the courtesy counter. We had to keep going through our bags and show him our products. He was beyond rude, I am a very patient person, but I lost my cool and we just paid and left. I may never shop at another Meijer after today.
Desired outcome: Send Donald to customer service classes.
Meijer - mperks did not work
We go to the meijers in White Lake, Michigan every Sunday and I always enter my phone number and password for mperks. This week, 2/23/2020, I entered it but the information did not take so I did not get credit for the items I bought registered on line with mperks or get credit towards my reward for total spending. This week I spent $185.24 which would certainly help towards the $5 reward. My email is [protected]@comcast.net
Meijer - a worker.
I was on the way out of the store and forgot I had a nottle slip. I walked up the the employee at U-Scan and asked her if I needed to go up to the customer service desk to cash this or if I could do it here. She snapped at me saying I could do it here, it's a coupon so put it in the coupon slot. I was appalled at how she reacted. I understand it is crazy busy, especially getting ready for the holiday, but that is not how you present yourself or the store. I have worked in customer service all my life. I made sure to get her name. It is Susan L. She is approximately 50 or so years old, a blonde. She was working at U-Scan at store #227. 11/26/2019 around 1:10 p.m.
I've worked at 3 retail jobs, not including the pharmacy I'm at now. If someone asks a little question like that, I'm not going to snap. I had worked at that store for 4 years. A cashier, not to mention the TOP cashier, and also in the clothing departments. People are dicks I know. But seriously. Don't be a dick yourself.
