Walked in to have an adjustment to the bow of my wire frames, purchased in March. Exam and frames are paid through Minnesota Medicaid. I was told the usual "We're not responsible if we break them". "Yes, you are. Those frames were paid for by MA". The employee was shown the problem area. Employee went to a desk by himself to alter the frames. He came back to show me that the nose bridge was loose by twisting the frames, causing flexion and weakening at that stress point. "We're not responsible". "You may have to get new frames". Again, I requested adjustment to the bow, not the bridge. "Yes, you are". Employee walks away as I'm speaking to him. "What did I do to deserve that disrespect? You turn your back when I'm speaking to you?" My eyes are on him as he faces me when he sat down at his desk. He glares at me.

I call the location to raise my complaint about this customer service, leaving a message. "Josh", to his credit, returns my call. I stated the above."I've been a customer for decades. You are responsible. What are you going to do to make this right?" He replies that he was standing right there and that his employee did not twist the frames. I asked him to fax the prescription documents. "Josh" called to tell me he had done so. "Very good. Thank you."
