Ideal Image

I requested a price quote from Ideal Image and they started emailing and calling me to schedule a Zoom consultation. I agreed and talked to a person from a different state. She said that I would be an ideal candidate for a coolsculpting and started giving me options how to pay and encouraged to apply for a finance option. Everything happened super quickly and didnt even give me a chance to look over all the documents she was sending over the email. On the day of the appointment I found out that my area is not treatable and I should receive a refund. Well once they called me, I found out that their services are not refundable! Extremely unethical to promise you something over Zoom and lure you into signing a contract after which you find out that you cant receive those services anymore. I do not want to transfer that money into another service because there is nothing else I want to get done. They should be flexible with their services and not make people pay for their own mistakes! Lawsuit is definitely in the air against this horrific company. I hope this business gets shuts down and stops ripping people off.
