Purchased eyeglasses & contacts on 6/2/23, total purchase was $370.04. On 6/7/23, at 13:39, pearle vision contacted me to inform me that my contacts were ready for pickup, but glasses were not ready. Which made sense, considering they informed me that my glasses would take up to 2 weeks to arrive. I picked up my contacts on 6/8/23 and confirmed with the representative that my glasses were not in the store, and they would contact me once my glasses were ready. On 6/22/23, I contacted pearle vision to inquire about glasses, as 2 weeks had passed and I had not received a phone call. The representatives informed me that my glasses that I paid $223.96 for were picked up on 6/17/23. However, I never picked up my glasses, nor did I send someone else to pick them up. Wondering why they refused to check the cameras they state work and wondering why I am out of this money and no product, while your company continues with your fraud. And if this wasn't enough, I was told I had to have a new contact exam because my old exam expired, to which I had to pay $59 out of pocket. According to my insurance company and your records, I was not due to have a contact exam until june 2024 not june 2023. Yet I had to pay for this fraud too. It is disgusting to do this to anyone, especially medical assistance recipients.
