I had received a fraud text through this bank and had the option to text back whether it was fraud or not for two charges out of California. I sent a text that it was a fraud and even called to tell them these "pending" charges were not made by me. After two days these charges were no longer pending g but had gone through. I was told this "investigation" would take two weeks and here I am a month later still with that money missing. Why did I get a text to approve or state it was a fraud if it was going to go through anyway? That was my money to pay my babysitter. So I had to take my child to work with me due to not having the funds to pay my babysitter. I called Perryville and they told me I had to call the branch I opened my account with so at this point I am about to close this account and find a new bank.
