Tues 06/14/22 myself and two boys stopped at Sonic after wrestling practice. We live an hour and forty five minutes from Centralia and come there once a week for wrestling. Tues we were going to stop in Moberly and see the late movie Top Gun. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers no tomato and one pork tenderloin. After 15 minutes I pressed the button once again because our order had not been brought. For 8 minutes that button had been pressed and somebody came on the intercom and said I am sorry part of your order got given to somebody else we are remaking it. After a total of 30 minutes had went by I pressed the button again and they said they were on their way out. 3 99 cent large coke zero coupons were brought out and the girl said the manager said sorry. We took off not looking at the food as we were now going to be late for our movie. A little ways down the road the boys bit into their bacon cheeseburgers that were not bacon cheeseburgers. The two burgers were full of onions and pickles and ketchup and mustard. Thankfully I had napkins that we could scrape all of that stuff off so at least the boys could eat something. I bit into my port tenderloin and it was absolutely cold — so I would say that my sandwich was the one that had not been given to someone else. This is the worst service I think that I have ever received at a sonic in 47 years. Just a side note, if a manager is going to give something free thinking it will make it better, don't give coke zero discounted drinks — nobody in my family will drink those. The stall closed check reprinted receipt for 06/14/2022 at 09:16 PM that they handed me which must be when they started cooking part of our order again says store#5385 and no phone number available on that ticket. We were late to the movie by 10 minutes! I work with the public and understand it is hard to find help these days but this was ridiculous! Thanks Cathi Black P O Box 186 Marceline, MO 64658
Desired outcome: Please refund the $16.89 wasted in Centralia and please look at who was running and working that shift to make sure the issues are corrected. That was horrible.
