Combo meal says drink of your choice included with combo prices and my husband picked orange juice and then was charged an “upcharge” because the cashier said it was a premium drink and they don’t make up those combo meal papers. When my husband told them it doesn’t say anything about premium drinks, only “drink of your choice”, the manager he asked to speak to just kind of shrugged her shoulders.
Desired outcome: Fix the combo meal offer wording or honor the advertisement.
Huddle House - hair in food
On 02/14/2020, I ordered the MVP plater when I recieved it I took one bite out of the biscuit sausage gravy looked down and realized that there a hair. My fiance took the plate to the waitress and addressed it. She took the plate, looked it and "yep". Yelled to the back and said she need another half order. When she brought the order to the table, placed it on the table and walked away. No apology, no nothing. Not even when paid our full ticket, there wasn't even an apology. I guess she was to worried about making sure another employee came by her house after they got off work, we heard this about 5 times while we were there. And complaining several times that she had to close and open the next day(which is today) very loudly. I'm pretty sure the whole restaurant knew she wasn't happy about it.
