I went to donate this morning and I got through the questionnaire and as soon as I went to scan my fingerprint the system went down. It was down for around an hour before they asked us to make a line off to the side and wait. I went out to my truck to tell my husband it would be a while. It is important to note they have allowed me to do this a couple times before. I was obviously frustrated by the look on my face, but I never got out of hand in any sort of way. So a condescending woman tells me since I went outside unescorted I'm being deferred after being there for so long. So if that's your policy how come you've let me before? Why is it only policy when it's convenient?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
BioLife Plasma Services - Wait time why are you accepting new donors
I ant make it make sense why you all are still accepting new donors when you don't have enough appointments for your current donors. I have to wait outside the building for 45 minutes for them to call my name to go in and do my questions then I have to wait another hour just to get my finger stuck (if my pulse is too high which it normally is and I can't get it down I just waited 2 hours for nothing) then be put on a waitlist for a bed. It now takes no less than 2 hours to donate but usually 3 hours or more. This is ridiculous appreciate the donors that have been faithfully donating for years and stop accepting new donors you don't have space for. Until you have more employees or can use all the beds stop taking on new donors and screwing the old donors
BioLife Plasma Services - Wait time horrible!
Today I went for an appointment at 12:05 Wait time horrible 25 people ahead of me waiting to do vitals etc. Ridiculous! I cancelled due to deciding to not wait that long because my son had an appointment and had they been running on time I could have stayed and gotten my donation in. It stinks I used my gas to go and couldnt due to their huge wait! I feel like the are overbooking and people who want to donate sometimes cant because there is that extra unplanned back up.
I dont want to spend so much time in wait!
