Saturday evening, November 30, 2019 I was checking out in a Kansas City, Mo Family Dollar. The (alleged) manager on duty refused to sell me a dozen eggs at the priced displayed which was $1.25. It was clearly posted on the glass and the fine print says November 2019. Even after taking her over to the area, she still refused. Said she changed the price to $1.50 even though it says $1.25. All she kept saying is it is $1.50 do you want it or not? She was unprofessional, not nice, at all and has the worse managerial skills I have ever met. Because of her unprofessionalism, I decided to let someone else check me out. There were several other shoppers in the store at that time, so it was very embarrassing for her to continue to rant and rave about not selling me the eggs unless I was willing to pay $1.50. This is not about a difference of .25. It is her bad attitude and her refusal to honor the advertised price. I did not purchase the eggs. I am attaching some pictures, the advertised sign and that is the manager in black in one of the pictures. As a result of all my troubles, I am requesting a voucher for 5 dozen free eggs and I also would like someone to speak with her concerning managerial skills, etc. The store number is 02051 6827 Longview Road Kansas City MO 816-761-1452.
