Burger King - Service dogs

We went into the Maryville Missouri Burger King only to be told we could not bring our service dogs into the establishment. Funny, we go there approximately once every week and have never been questioned. Tonight the front counter worker told us we could not have our service dogs in the restaurant. I questioned why and she walked away and went to the back to bring up her very rude assistant manager to tell us we had to provide proof they were service dogs. According to the National law regarding service dogs we DO NOT have to supply paperwork, which we do not carry around with us, and that no one can ask us what the service dog does for us. I had words with the assistant manager who kept cutting us off when we were talking with her about the law. She said she knew the law and that we just needed to leave. This is a case that cn turn into a lawsuit, but instead we have chosen to never darken the door of this establishment again. Plus we will let all of our friends that go there with service dogs not to return to that establishment. Funny how we have done this since our dogs were gotten. We haven't had any other issues with other Burger Kings and have actually had staff ask if they could give our boys a pup cup. Why did this happen. The law is the law. I hope no one ever dies from not having their service dog with them in one of your restaurants. It could happen. When I said to the assistant manager, so if I have a health issue and I die right here on your floor you can count yourself responsible. Her response, oh well!

Desired outcome: The staff were all rude. Cook yelling out the order window, you can't have dogs in here. We know the law. No, I'm sorry you don't. Some day you may get sued by someone for not following the law

I forgot to say, I will never go to any Burger King if they cannot respect the job of a service animal. It could be life or death without them. Do they want us to die in their restaurant because we cannot be warned!

I will never go back to the Maryville Missouri Burger King. They will not allow my service dog to be by my side and will argue with you about the law. I know the law. The National law. NO ONE can ask for paperwork on your service animal or what they do for you.
