Hi. My name is Tyler Beffa and I'm complaining about the AC not working in my room. I have it set on 68 but feels like it is on 75. Also, near the front entrance in the corner is a big hole that is exposed for everyone to see. I think that someone needs to come out and see the damage. I am staying at the Laquinta in North Kansas City off of Armour and Taney. I've never had a problem with any previous stay until now with the AC. The service is great but I feel that the AC units could be updated!
