Ordered at the drive-thru - the manager was very rude and kept asking we're we done yet, every time we ordered a item. Once we completed our order at the speaker she rudely said "y'all order the same thing every night—we're regulars, " I asked her was that a problem?! because of the way she stated it. She ignored me & told me to pull around. The lady was aggressively rude for no reason at all. We were just coming to grab a late night snack as usual. Then once at the window she opened it & the 1st thing she did was rudely stare at my wife with a blink for several seconds, as if she wanted to fight & say "is there a problem" my wife asked her what was her problem she then pursued a argument. I asked her to get her manager she said she was the manager so I asked her for the customer service phone she then rudely walk away & got a print of our preordered receipt & gave us the store phone number only. She then said nothing is going to happen because they need her! (Whatever that means) This woman is ridiculously rude I wonder how many employees & guest she ran off. I will never bring my family there again to a disgruntled staff work with absolutely no customer service skills & No RESPECT our child was in the car while she rudely yelled at my wife!
