Is it common practice for the gas station to be locked so that all of the workers can go on break together? At this location, at least twice a month, the entire store is locked at night and there can be no one seen in the store. Once the workers locked the insides so that they could empty the trash and refill the wiper fluid trays together, while a line built up waiting to get inside. The best was when the workers had a man, describing himself as security, only let one customer at a time in (while others waited in line), to complete their purchases. When asked what was going on he said that the workers needed a break and he was only letting one person in at a time, he did not work there as we found out later. He was involved with one of the workers. I now, warn people at this gas station of what happens when we show up and the doors are locked with all the lights on. I also direct them to not use this location as it is an extremely unprofessional experience even when you do make it in to them to buy something.
