First off, I absolutely love the staff at the St. Peters, MO location. They work insanely hard and are always kind. However, as far as reaching my bonuses I'm beginning to see a pattern. I've been going to this location since 2018. I just surpassed my 350th donation there. I've noticed every 3-6 months always the last week of the month, I get a phone call saying I can't come in until the following week because of my protein levels being 1 or 2 points too low. And because of that reschedule I lose my bonus.
The pattern is its always the last donation before the bonus and it's always 1 or 2 points below tolerable protein levels. This is the 7th instance as of today and all are the exact same. Thankfully, I'm keeping track of every incident and that's how I've noticed the pattern. If I see it again, I'm gonna consider a lawyer because this feels like I'm being scammed and I want it investigated.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for my latest missed bonus.

BioLife Plasma Services - Donating after having covid
I tested positive for covid 19 on [protected] and was released from Health Dept [protected]. I contacted Biolife (in St. Peters, Mo, where I have been donating for 2 years) after my quarantine, taking my documentation with me. I was told a nurse would call me. I spoke with nurse, who told me I would be contacted back when everything was verified. It is now 9-4-2020, with no word back from them. I called after 2 weeks and was told I was still ineligible. I have since called headquarters and spoke with someone who told me with my documentation and being over 14 days since quarantine, there is no reason I should not be eligible to return. I called Biolife again and have not received a callback. I thought plasma donations from a confirmed case of covid was needed? I am confused why it has been over a month and I am still getting the runaround?
