I am an employee at store 3013 where Jessica Merryman is the store manager and she has been an example of a bad manager. Her mandatory meetings are just her cussing and ranting, she spends more time in the office or on her phone talking to men than actually working, she always runs around talking about her personal life specifically her problems with the men she talks to outside of work, she will huff and puff and pout about any inconvenience to her instead of coming up with solutions to fix any problems, and she is beyond disrespectful to the employees. She admitted to being high on pain pills for "headaches" but she isn't prescribed them either. If it wasn't for her 1st assistant Chris, who is moving to the 1525 s glenstone store, our store would be in shambles. Our weakest link at store 3013 is jessica merryman and most of the problems originate from her lack of management and people skills. Her termination would allow someone who is competent enough to come in and fix what mess she has created so that this store can operate in a proper and efficient manner.
Desired outcome: Replacement manager and termination of the current one
