I worked for caseys for 2 years I worked a 3 weeks straight no days off and worked 10 to 12 hour shifts my district manager Adam cussed me of stealing I forgot to staple the receipt to the lottery ticket twice I was mentally and physically exhausted I made a mistake but instead of hearing me out he called me a lier I have family in the law enforcement and they are looking into him and the company I have never stole a thing in my life and to be called a lier by him was the last straw I worked countless hours put my marriage on the line to get done what he wanted done and doing it myself with no help this company don't care about there employees they care about money eventually the district manager and the company will be sued for wrongful termination I won't take this laying down I have lost everything all because he didn't want to hear a word I was saying they will reap what they have sowen
Recommendation: Don't work here they don't care
You made the same mistake TWICE. It seems like you think you can get away with stealing because your family works in law enforcement. Shame. Not to mention, you live in at will state. They can fire you for any reason. It happens once mistake. Your duty to make sure the same mistake does not happen again. Since you made this "mistake" twice, they got suspicious.
