Service person at the station
We went to fill the fuel on Sunday 09/07/2023 in the evening around 8pm.
After filling fuel , we tried using the Air Filling machine to fill air in my car tyres. The machine wasn't working properly as on trying to use it , instead of inflating my tyres it was deflating it. We saw the Gas Station Operator who was in the process of closing the Gas Station Store . We approached him to check about the Air Pressure Machine , he was very rude , dint even looked at us when my wife tried to ask her about the machine , he rudely replied that the machine works fine , it is his time to go home as he is closing the pump and he can't help us. This was the worst service received. I am so disappointed that I m never using the GULF Gas Station ever again. Pleas take strict action against thr pump operator . Firsty it's a safety issue if the air pressure machine is not working properly , it can't be fatal if it's deflating the tyres . Secondly , the pump operator dint even serve us or tried to help us . He was rathe rude.

Complaint for payment deduction without filling fuel
On [04 May 2023], I visited your fuel station located at [IP13 9DB, Framlingham, Suffolk, United Kingdom] to fill up my vehicle's tank with fuel. I attempted to fill fuel for an amount of 30 GBP using my debit card at the fuel pump, but due to some technical errors, I was unable to complete the transaction.
Despite the fact that the transaction failed, the amount of 30 GBP was still deducted from my account. I waited for a few minutes, hoping that the issue would be resolved, but I was unable to fill my vehicle with fuel. I approached the cashier inside the fuel station and explained the situation to them. However, they were unable to assist me with the issue and told me that I should contact the Gulf Oil customer service team for further assistance.
Desired outcome: Refund of 30 GBP As soon as possible
Faulty Diesel Pump damaging My Car
Hi,
I have just visited your unmanned station at Garston Way, Liverpool L19 2JA, United Kingdom.
22/04/23. Between Midday and 1pm.
I used pump number 2 for diesel. The pump took a long time to dispense, about 7 or 8 minutes, then, much to my shock, it kept on pumping and didn't click at any point, resulting in it overfilling my tank. It spilled out on to the floor, over my shoes and my car. I immediately stopped pumping.
I am now afraid to drive my car and I'm very worried about any damage this may have caused.
The pump showed a total of £45.36 and my car registration is BJ08 HHK (Mini Cooper).
I'm sure you must have all of this on camera. Please advise how you can rectify this possible damage.

To whom it may concern,
I seem to go into this gas station every other day and the cashier continues to be rude, disrespectful and continue to harass me when I’m a loyal paying customer at all gulf gas stations. Today I came in at 10:30 asked for paper and he called me a racial name. I asked him what his name was, he continue to ignore me and laugh. This type of behavior in this establishment is not needed when customers are just trying to get their gas and items. Please contact me back. Petrol station incident

I usually fill my car in Gulf petrol station in watery lane fuel express watery lane Bordesley B9 4HN as the price is quite good, on my way to work
ON 12/02/23 Sunday morning about 7.21 am I stopped in the above address to fill the tank which was almost full, at the least it required only 4 litres to be filled on that particular day as the tank was almost full, only 1 bar showing deficient in the tank. I put in 6.31 liters up to £9 of petrol but it was not showing as my tank has been filled and no closing noise was coming, so I had a doubt whether it was working, paid £9 by card and left. When I started, my car tank was not showing full and mileage did not increase showing after filling the tank. I am wondering whether petrol actually was in the station at all?
I have been using this station almost every week for the last 3–4 months, this has never happened, sometimes, it will show no petrol signage, but not like what happened on 12/02/23

Water in gas
On Saturday, December 17, I filled up my car at the Gulf station at 228 Canal st Brattleboro Vt. About 10 minutes later my car started to misfire and run rough. Sunday morning it failed to start at all. I had it towed to Rod's Mobil garage, and they told me that my gas tank was filled with mostly water, necessitating a very expensive repair. I called the Gulf station, to find the number disconnected. So I went to the station and told them what happened. The person running the station denied having any water in their tanks. I then contacted the VT bureau of weights and measures, and reported the problem I know several olther people who got gas on the same day and experienced the same symptoms. Same station, same day, same problem, even the same towing company. Between towing and repairs, I paid out over $750 to get our car back to working condition. I expect Gulf Oil to reimburse everything it's cost me.

Contaminated gas at the Gulf Gas Station- Richmond Ave. Point Pleasant Beach, NJ
On 9/3/22 in the morning, I got gas in my Honda HRV. On 9/8, my car seized in the middle of the street. Upon towing the 2020 vehicle to the auto repair, we were advised to take it to the dealership. The dealership said that there was contaminated gasoline in the car, needing to be flushed out as you can see in the documents. They also supplied us with a sample of the contaminated gas to bring to the last gas station that we received the gas. It turns out that this gas station is temporarily closed.
We have the credit card statement of the purchase of gas.
Desired outcome: We would like to be compensated for our expense that were incurred due to the contaminated gas supplied by the Gulf Station. $2351.92

I went to golf gas station in North Haven Ct. I come to this gas station frequently. I used my debit card to put $20 worth of gas in my suv on pump 3. When I went to stop it it would not release and was stuck. I tried to pull it out but could not because gas would be all over the ground. I had no choice but to let it fill my tank up. It all most left me with a negative balance at my bank. I told the manager and he said he would report it. This occurred on April 4th 2022.

The gentleman who was working on the 08/03/22 at the Keighley service station was extremely rude and aggressive with my father. This was at 1910. My father tried to pay and only had change, he threw the money back at him and also shouted at him and was very rude. This was demeaning and I would like this to be addressed.
Desired outcome: I would like a verbal apology to my father, I want him to be given a disciplinary warning at least.
Not given gas I paid for
I paid for a $20.00 fuel up at the Gulf at 1805 Webster Avenue, Bronx, N.Y. 10457. That amount brought me from nearly empty to almost half a tank. I returned within 10 minutes, having decided that I didn't want to drive around that low, so I fueled up again with $15.00 more. My gas needle was still barely above half, but I was running late for work and figured the needle would slowly go up. It didn't. There is no way a twenty dollar bill would bring me from empty to almost half, only for fifteen additional dollars to barely get me past half.
I did not receive fifteen dollars worth of gas the second time. It looked more like $5 worth. I have never complained to Gulf before, but this is not right.
Desired outcome: A refund would be nice, at least the difference, which I estimate is about $10.00.

Yesterday I went to this gulf gas station I did not buy gas or any product just use the restroom.
The clerk on a very insulting manner told me the restroom is only for customers. and the guy who pumps gas outside, approach me and told me in a disrespectful manner not to come to this gas station anymore.
Well I won't. Even though I been going to this location for over 10 years this was my last time.

This morning, around 02:40am, while stopping for gas on my way to work, i encountered one of the most rude employees i ever have. It started by me attempting to fill my tank as usual. I went through my credit card transaction and gas didn't flow. I was there so long that i got timed out. Finally the attendant showed up and i had to go through the process again.
I put my hands up and he violently did the same to me. So i walked in, grabbed a drink and told him the pump timed out because he never pushed the button. This was because he was in a back room, most likely sleeping.
Now when i went in, he then shut down the pump and stated so, while smiling and laughing at me. I told him just ring me up for my drink so i can leave, and he rudely laughed, and stated that he shut me down and i have to start over again. I was in a hurry to get to work and didn't need this delay. Nor, did i need $200 to be held on my card.
I demand something be done about this older gentleman, with awful acne, and glasses. He should not represent your company and has no idea about customer service. I don't need to be ridiculed after he failed to do his job, and abandoned his post. If he's going to work the night shift, he should be attentive and hear the alarm that a car is at the pump. Not cause unnecessary delay in my day, because he can't keep himself straight. I've been a loyal customer and i hope to never see this man again. The community will also hear about this.
Desired outcome: Fired. Transferred. Or anger management and customer service training.
