Diesel prices
The advertised price on the illuminated board was different to the actual price at the pump. Staff said they would clear the board but when I passed by some time later it was still showing the same price. I am still now unclear what the correct price is meant to be. I fuel my vehicle every day here as I drive for a living but will go elsewhere from now on.

I visited my local Gulf station located at 280 Temple st. Whitman Mass. an hour ago to purchase some gas however when I inserted my Gulf card it would not register and when I went inside the store the clerk had said to me that the Cumberland Farms store is having problems with the Gulf business.
Why issue a Gulf card if it is not recognized.
We have been a member for many years and with this kind of BS it makes one wonder about maybe it is time to make a change.

I am writing to complaint about Gulf Petrol Station - Risborough Road, Aylesbury HP22 5XL.
I live in Aylesbury and I studied Law at Bucks New University and I work now at a law firm based in Reading. Therefore, I have been purchasing petrol/diseal from you for the past 5 years.
I was disgusted to learn recently that I was entitled to 2p off per litre almost for the entire period. When I questioned a member of staff why I haven't been given the 2p voucher for everytime I visited the petrol station, I was told that his boss had informed him that only give the voucher if asked. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never seen this anywhere else. I am disgusted to know you promote such values!
I spent £30 petrol for three years and £45 for the last two years. You can only imagine how much money I would have saved if I was given what I was entitled to. If you don't believe me, please send a mystery shopper to this petrol station.
I kindly request you to reimburse me all I would have saved during this period if I was given the voucher. Otherwise, I am never purchasing petrol from you and I may complain to Trading Standards also

abusive behavior to provoke physical violence by a manager at gas station in harsdale ny
On 10/23/18 at 3:30 pm I visited the Gulf Station on 245 Central Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10530. I pulled into the entrance of the Gulf station to fill up my gas tank. There was a small flatbed truck blocking half the entrance. This made for a tight entrance. When I saw the price they were charging for gas, I decided not use them because the station across the way was selling credit card gas at their cash price. I couldn't pass the pumps to exit from the other side because other cars pumping gas were blocking it. I decided to U-turn my way out from the entrance I came in from by going behind the flatbed truck. The flatbed truck blocking half the entrance made it tight so I could not make it. I then eased my tires over a curb onto a small edge of grass where the Gulf sign pole was. I then noticed a guy in the flatbed truck. Suddenly, he charged out of his driver's side and up to my car door shouting through my window that he was the manager. He proceeded to repeatedly, and in front of all his other patrons, call me a '[censored]ing [censored]' for making this maneuver and for running over his grass. The grass was already browning and full of bald patches. He then positioned himself in a threatening stance in front of my car door. He was foaming with anger and kept calling me a '[censored]ing [censored].' He then refused to allow me to exit by blocking my way with his body. I decided to let him fume. I stayed calm because it would have turned into a physical fight & calling the police. I calmly waited until the car by the pump that was blocking me and pumping gas finished. The manager still continued to curse me out. I then exited on the other side. While I admit that my tires touched his grass, it was nothing that would create any permanent damage. Grass grows back! What kind of a manager, or person for that matter, would verbally attack a customer like this in front of his other patrons. Not to mention his physical stance to provoke violence. Someone like this does not deserve to run a place of business. This Gulf station will no longer have my patronage, and I urge others in the neighborhood to not engage in his business. Anyone who can turn so irrational over something so minor, should not be running a place of business!

I went to the place where there is a gulf attached to many places like McDonalds, the boston market, and boston's pizza. I went there and a female worker came to me when i was getting a slushie and yelled at me because I had thrown out a slushie because half was normal and the other half was melted. I told her that im not gonna buy a half melted slushie and she yelled at me saying that i have to buy it or she'll contact the manager. I didn't want to get into a fight so I just left and I found this to be very disrespectful.

I visited the Gulf Gad station at 10960 Buselton Ave at 4:30 on 10/17. This was my 3rd time visiting the gas station. On my first visit I was told that the car wash was not working. At my second visit I attempted to use my car wash voucher and was told that it exported 3 days prior. I explained to the cashier that it had been raining the past few days which was why I could not utilize the voucher. I visited the gas station again the very next day (today) because the cashier told me that the owners would be in the next day, for me to talk to them. The same cashier who I spoke with the previous day was there and I decided to tell him my story. He was the same person who told me that the car was was initially broken yet this time, he proceeded to yell at me and call me liar. He literally yelled that I was a liar in front of other customers. HE told me that the car wash was broken on my first visit! I was completely disrespected by this man and belittled when he called me a kid. I am petite but I am an adult. I hope someone rolls back the camera and audio to see his aggression. I will NEVER support them again! I am also going to make a report to the BBB because this was completely unacceptable. Please also roll back the cameras and take a look at all my other visits. How do you treat your customers like this? Is this man a representation of your company and brand? I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this incidence. No one should support a business where an HONEST CUSTOMER is called a liar.

Employee disrespected me at counter and threaten me.. Made me pay for gas that I had not paid for at counter.. Got from behind counter and walked in my face.. She was rude and is bad for business... Its all on camera.. I would like for her to b fired asap... I went to get oil.. She charged me with gas because of her mistake to another customer... On the pump.. I visited Gulf Petrol station on Romford Road in East London today to put diesel petrol in my car (ford mondeo) When I arrived at the patrol station I proceeded to put petrol in my car and i presumed it was going into my car but the reader was not moving to tell me how much i had put in or the price. It seemed like the petrol was going into the car as the sound was coming from the petrol pump. I decided to into the store to see if any petrol had gone into the car but the sales assistant said he didn't know and asked me how much i had put in. Obviously i didn't know as the reader was not working. I was asked to pay £10 as i had to guess the amount had gone in. When i drove off i saw the gauge had not moved. So i went back to inform them. I was asked to use another pump which worked and put more petrol in. It then read £11 which i paid and left. The whole experience was a huge inconvenience. The gulf petrol station has a extremely bad reputation in my area but i was in a rush and therefore had no choice. Not only was the service hurrendous from the sales assistant and whole experience completely unprofessional, but this is also a major health and safety issue. How can a multi million pound company not have adequately working facilities and why are incompetent staff employed at your petrol stations, please enlighten me?
Please explain how you will be compensating me for the shear inconvenience i have experienced today, the delay in my journey and the terrible customer service i was faced with?

Hi there used pay at pump yesterday in lanark south Lanarkshire Scotland. Put in the maximum spend at pump at £40 as there was no £30 option. I only put £30 in my car. unauthorized credit card charges
The gulf gas station in triboro plaza, 55 robert f toner blvd, north attleborough, ma 02763, [protected], has been charging $1.00 to my credit card every time I use it.
There are no notices anywhere posted outside to state that they charge extra for using a credit card. I am using a mastercard. The signs give no indication this practice is in place and there are no postings anywhere outside.
It is extremely deceiving because I expected to pay what was on the sign and by charging me an additional $1.00, you have deceived the buyer!
It is my opinion that this practice is less than honest and highly suspect. If this is not illegal, it is my opinion that there should be a posting where the consumer can see it prior to being charged for using a credit card.
I humbly request an immediate response to this message, however, I am documenting all the extra charges and plan to approach mastercard, the attorney general, maura healy and the investigative media if I do not receive a satisfactory reply in a timely fashion.

Restrooms do not lock safely they're disgusting and gross and their toilets are not safely secured some are wedged with pieces of wood and the flooring is ripped out so they're not even fastened to the floor or the wall! According to Google this Gulf gas station on Woburn Street in Lowell Massachusetts 01852 is not even supposed to be open on Sundays because they carry alcohol or they don't want to be open but on the door of the building it is open the place is operating so I don't know if they're illegally working at this gulf location on Woburn Street in Lowell Massachusetts but they are not safely operating.

The cashier was disgusting towards me telling me I was stupid and didn't know how to pump/pay for gas correctly. I told her I was the customer and to just ring me out and she called me a stupid motherfucker. The store owner or managers work with and allow AUSTIN EXPRESS TOWING TO boot cars parked without a store pass. Which the sign informing people to purchase pass is posted on the back of the buisness. Owner told me i had one hour free then after i get a boot i was parked for 30 minutes exact. Maybe less. When i informed the tow driver whom apparently works with owner to cheat people the confronted the owner and the owner then changed his story and said i dont know go outside..the tow driver Todd Vaughn then told me i had 16 hours to pay 150 or get towed for 350.. Im from a town an 1and a half away. I couldn't believe the owner.. What a scam.. When i told him i was there only 30 minutes he backed out of his free hour .. I was recorded illegally and threatened by the tow driver until i had someone show up to pay 150.00..

I went into Gulf petrol station in Aberdeen, Scotland by the airport to top up my electricity for £10. The cashier put through £40. I told him that I'm not willing to pay £40 cos I only have £10. He said that it's not my fault and I left. After 2 weeks I went into the same petrol station and the same cashier is asking me for the money back. I don't feel I own him anything. He made a mistake and that's the end of it.

The Gulf Station at 7601 Eastern Ave, Balto., MD 21224 is filthy dirty, with dumpsters overflowing, bags of trash all over the place, the car wash windows are broken out leaving it a haven for birds and rodent feces and even the trash can that sits next to the booth where you pay is overflowing.
I am providing you with pictures of this gas station that makes the entire neighborhood look awful. Whether or not you own this Gas Station, whether it is privately owned or not, the filth and garbage all over this station gives Gulf Oil a bad name.
This Gulf Gas Station is a blight on the community. They have been turned in to Code enforcement, but the neighbors want the mess cleaned up, the station updated and looking like a place someone might want to stop to purchase some gas or a soda.
