Car wash / rude employee
This morning 8/16/21 at 9:52am I was able to have my car driven to get gas and a car wash. I am disabled and a wheelchair user, and I am unable to drive myself. As we approached the gulf station, there was one female employee outsiders her phone. We pumped the gas and bought a car wash. The works for 14.15! We pulled around to the car wash, but it was blocked off by cones. The female employee came outside, still on her phone. She saw us waiting. She looked into the window as if she was waiting for someone to open the wash. After a few more minutes, we pulled up to the window. I asked what was going on. This woman was rude! She said they were closed. I have 14 days to use my wash. I was not happy! I told her I want a refund because I'm unable to come back. She called me an [censored]! This woman needs to be fired! I'm sure I'm not the only one she was rude to. I am unable to come back for my car wash and want a refund!

I would like to make a complaint about one of your workers at gulf petrol station in Coventry binley road.
I filled up my car this morning and my internet on my phone was not working for me to make a transfer to pay for the fuel.
I asked the worker to help me and give me Wi-fi so I could make the transfer he was rude and refused to.
Then as a last resort I said to him to give me a form to fill out because I could not make the payment.
He refused to give the form and told me to leave my phone whilst I went and got cash or walk home as I am a regular and I always go to that petrol station.
I told him again and again to give me the form he refused, until another customer kindly gave me there person hotspot which allowed me to make the payment.

Blatant rudeness and disrespect from a gas attendant
I was traveling in the area of Pequannock Township and required gas. While driving through the town I see a familiar station [Gulf] and decided to fill up. I pulled up and asked the attendant for $40 cash of gas. He extended his hand which I replied "can I get the gas please" while holding the cash in my hand. [Had a bad experience where I was taken for my money so I know to get the gas first]. The attendant asked me if I could read and was I stupid. As he pointed to a 1x1 sticker on the pump. And that was the beginning of the continued verbal abuse from this guy. If it is the policy of the stations to acquire the cash first I believe a large poster should be visible. As for the idiot at the station, he is a very poor representation of your company. To assault a woman who is alone in an area, not familiar with should be frowned upon. In addition, there should be a posting where customers can make complaints.
Staff member being rude
I attended the garage on Tuesday night at 10:08pm to find that the garage door was locked, to my question I went over to the window rung the bell looked to see if I could see anyone? To get no answer.. (now I am a regular to the station hence known the person by name I know all the staff) I have been going there for years so I know the place closes at 12pm usually 11pm doors close and it's window service until 12am.
There was a gentleman in a silver golf waiting to have his pump authorised for his fuel to which he was ignored, after about 3 minutes I rung the bell again, it got ignored. I then saw the staff member from the inside mirror dealing with the Costa machine!. I again pressed the bell, to have Lorna come round to the window flapping her hands at me shouting WE ARE CLOSED! WE CLOSE AT 10 o'clock!
To this I replied since when like? Cause mind I've been here before with Kevin and Mary-Anne before with this argument?

I was then told in a very loud and rude manner that THERE WAS NO NIGHTSHIFT AND SHE WAS ONLY ON A 2-10 shift! We are closed, to which I replied could you not have just said that or put a note on the windows? Closed at 10pm tonight and the other day that there is no nightshift? she then shouted again no were closed I'm not serving, and some other stuff which I can't quite remember exactly. So I told her "know what, I'm going for your job you silly cow" yes I know 🤦🏼♀️ my bad I should not react to attitude with attitude but I was looking for an explanation not an argument and from the second she came around the counter it was her shouting so to this it had my back up as there was other customers around seeing this!
(About the nightshift position also I have offered to take the role on as I am local, have done previous working working the fuelling business which Vicky is aware of but never get the chance yet they're always needing staff)
Anyways... I then went in Wednesday around 1:45ish... now the girls/guys know me in there and they know my attitude and banter so I went in and said "are you in a better mood today?"because her attitude the previous night was shocking...
And to that I was told she wasn't serving me? So I instantly got angry, asked her to explain? She told me it was because I was shouting at her last night 🤣🤣 to this I got more angry and started repeating what she said to me the exact way she said it the night previously. To which she denied and told be she was gonna call the police to which I told her go ahead I will stand here and wait... note there is customers in at the point whilst she's shouting at me again "one customer happened to be my little sisters, best friends mother" to which I told her I'm sorry Susan, and then said to Lorna whilst pointing at her am [censored]ing done with being nice to you I am going for your job hen your no fit to work with customers!
To this I left, now I am coming to you directly because i know how close the unit is down at the station but I can be 100% be truthful yes Lorna can be nice but she isn't customer friendly, the attitude is terrible coming from her at times when she's all stressed and normally I would be okay with it and just have a laugh but she took it too far by embarrassing me twice in front of customers that's not a professional manner definitely not, especially when she knows me well enough to take me aside and say to me nicely.
Ask the other staff members what they have to say? Honestly she gets over stressed and her attitude stinks!
Now I promise one thing as I said I know how close the unit is down at the garage so if this doesn't get dealt with by yourself properly, I will take it further as this is no way for customers to get treated and she is only getting worse! Now am sorry but I have watched 3 staff members within that station have their life's turned upside down for various reasons and not ONCE have they been rude, disrespectful or just pure ignorant to me! Regardless of how they feel the customers do not under any circumstance deserve to be treated like that! Personal life's get left at the door, works hard sometimes yes but does not give anyone the right to take it out on other people! You've no idea how furious I am about this.
And now today I've walked in to be told by the supervisor I'm barred... for what reason like? Because a staff member was out of order to me I acted the same way now I'm barred well she best be no longer working there or I promise I will take this to ofcom!
This is a joke my local garage of 10 years I've been coming here more so since I passed my test! Now this honestly This is an absolute shambles!

On 2/16/2021 I went to get gas and the Cashier in this store was very nasty . She and it was like she did not want to serve me paid for my gas but she would not turn on the pump went back in and she still did not turn it on ask again but she did not turn. It on so I asked her for a refund she told me no she can't so I said please just give me my money back and I will go somewhere else she than told me to wait as she was giving me my money she said this is why I do not like serving you people. I fill she do not need to be in this field of work if she feel this way . In so many ways it a lawsuit she need to be removed from this job. I went to get some information from the. Garage as I had hoovered up my car key up by accident. He was no help and said he couldn't give me any information. Have you got a number I could ring for the hoover on site please. He didn't seem to gave any knowledge of who to connect if there was a complaint. To be honest he was very disinterested. And very unprofessional In the handling of this issue. I just needed a telephone number 😳

I want to make you aware of a shocking customer service experience I had yesterday 12/10/19 at one of your petrol stations in cambuslang Glasgow - at 3:30pm with Alison who was working behind the til.
I had selected your petrol station as a pick up point for 2 parcels. When I went I to collect them I was told I would need to wait until she served every other customer and moaned about the amount of parcels there were. Surely I am a customer and waited in the queue but she told me to wait to serve everyone else? So she served people over my shoulder and left me standing there like an idiot. She got my parcels and told me to take it without signing for it or scanning it.
Surely this is not acceptable and feedback needs to be given. I will not be using your petrol station again for either petrol or order pick up point. Terrible experience

What has happened to the Gulf garage in Swanley, since Marcos left it has gone downhill fast.I arrived there on Saturday 30th november at 05.10, the garage was just been opened.I had to wait while the normal tasks were carried out putting the flowers out etc. I wanted a copy of the Sun and the assistant brought me a copy to the door.The supplement was badly torn so i asked him for another one.He then had the audacity too tell me that he was busy, and i should call in later in the day.I reminded him that the garage opened at 05.00, and it was now 05.10, and he should be ready to serve customers, without being rude.You very rarely get a good morning or thank you from the assorted ramshackle of staff you now have, apart from the young lady, who is a breathe of fresh air.Time to shop elsewhere i think

At approximately 10:20 on 24 October 2019 I was verbally assaulted by the man I believe to be the manager of the Gulf filling station in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, UK.
I bought fuel and intended to purchase a 5kg bag of charcoal briquettes. I went into the station pay and advised the person serving, who I believe to be the manager, that I wanted the charcoal add to the bill. He seemed confused as to whether I had asked for charcoal or peat so I attempted to clarify it for him by holding up a bag of exactly what I wanted to purchase.
At this point he shouted at me to leave it out of the shop, shouted at me to leave the shop and became extremely irate.
I paid for the fuel and charcoal but said as I was leaving, in a calm voice, that I didn't appreciate being shouted at since I was a paying customer. He then seemed to lose his temper entirely in a thoroughly unreasonable manner yelling at me to leave.
I and my family have used this filling station for 16 years, and have never encounter such rudeness and verbal abuse, here or anywhere else. We are four motorists who will now no longer use this station.
I believe a personal apology from this employee would be appropriate.

I use to stop in and get coffee, cigarettes, quarters for air for my tires, etc. I was telling the man Jeff who is employed at the Gulf Gas Station off of Erford Rd. in Camp Hill what a case quarter was that I I ask for for air and I seen by his demeanor that this is a man I do not want to converse with. So I never entertained his ignorance but now when I come in he's sees me coming and sits down and reads a newspaper until I get his attention but I see him notice others with no issue. So I finally asked him if it was an issue with me which he became verbally aggressive and combative with me and told me if I didn't like the service go to Sheets. So I said I would report him which I didn't. So today he says he can't give me quarters no more and it's for the air service stationed there and says his boss says so and introduces me to the boss as hey this the guy who's always coming in here with a problem. He said always and I only had that one bad encounter with him. He called me a liar to my face which is disrespectful and I will call corporate to further this matter because now it's seems that I'm being discriminated against and prejudiced against and will file a suit soon. I practice law which I made him aware and of the actions and misconduct as not only an employee but as a human being. I will further this matter and all has been documented.
Haven’t gotten a response so I’m reporting to BBB for racial discrimination and have proof of claim and will be filing lawsuit in Federal Court. Thank you

Price on board was $2.89 price on pump $3.09 after looking at my receipt that the attendant gave me and asked about why the price was different, the staff said that self service is $2.89 full service is $3.09. Just because they pumped the gas for me and that is all he did I was charged $0.20 more per gallon. That is a rip off! I never heard of such a thing and I have filled my car in many different gas stations and never came across this regardless if I pump the gas or the attendant pumps prices should not be different. I will never go to gulf again! The location of this station was in sunset park brooklyn 889 3rd ave. Brooklyn ny the reason I went there was because it was cheapest one I found. Well no more. I should get a refund for the difference in price and the staff was terrible.

I purchased gas at the pump on Friday of last week (3/15/19). I know for a fact that I pushed the regular gas button. I thought it was odd that the price to fill my small tank (Honda CRV) was unusually high in light of the price for regular being around $2.40/gallon. It was $40 and the tank did not even fill completely. I had to be somewhere and did not take the time to look at my receipt until later in the day. I 100% absolutely pushed the regular gas button. But I got charged for (and may have purchased for all I know but have no way to know) Premium gas. I didn't purchase premium gas. I pushed the Regular gas button as I ALWAYS do, the button on the left side as it is configured at all pumps. I saved the receipt. I will be happy to provide same upon request. It is in PDF form (scanned), of the original receipt and so could not attach it because format is not a Jpg, Jpeg, Gif etc.
