Well I had bought two 500ml of coffee creamer,and I didn't look at the date,but it's a gas station with high turn over I wouldn't think it would be selling expired milk,so I took the two 500ml coffee cream back that evening..and the owner said I was lying.that I didn't buy them there,but I did earlier that day.before his shift.then he trys to tell me that I bought them the day before..the date on the two 500ml of coffee cream was december 5,and they were bought on December 23..Brad the owner was very rude and ignorant..I'm sure I can get alot of customers that would agree that he is a mean rude person. This is domo gas station located b.c.canada island hwy,Vancouver Island.cassidy.

Gas prices at Northmount location is $150.9 and Forestlawn location a $141.9
Why is the gas price in the Northmount location a $150.9 and the price at the domo in forest lawn a $141.9 as they’re both the same company actually gas everywhere is between a$141.0 and $146.9? This is price gouging the customers. And the customer is always right when it comes to retail have a look at gas buddy it speaks for itself as I feel like I’m being ripped off and that’s no way to treat the customers. My next step is to contact head office in Winnipeg and put a formal complaint in against the Calgary Alberta locations and Bryce should know better

Refused service at Domo gas station Regina Saskatchewan
I stopped for gas at the Domo station at 6250 Rochdale Ave, Regina, Sask at approximately 9:35 AM on Tuesday, Nov. 8. I waited in my vehicle for several minutes but no one came out to serve me. I thought maybe they were closed for some reason so I knocked on the door of the kiosk but there was no response. I opened the door and asked, "Guys, are you sleeping?" in a cheerful manner, more of a joke than anything. The attendant started to come from the back so I returned to my car. When he approached the vehicle, I opened my window. He did not apologize for being late to serve me, he said, "You know what, it was very rude. I was on the phone". I thought he was apologizing to me for being delayed, I asked for $30.00 regular. However, it turns out that he thought I had been rude. I had not. He said that he would not serve me. I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked to talk to his manager, he said that he was the manager, repeated that he would not give me gas, and told me to leave. I have never been treated like this before and was shocked at his words. I told my co workers and they couldn't believe it either. I work in customer service and have been confronted by many rude and angry customers but I did not behave in that way at all. His response to me was completely unprofessional and uncalled for, especially since he indicated that he was the manager and yet refused to give his name. This incident took place at the Ness location in Winnipeg MB on Monday October 17th at 10:00 am. I was wondering what the policy was for parking your vehicle on the opposite of the gas tank because the other locations always pull their hose out for gas to accommodate me. I Pull up and the two employees rudely say your gas tank is on the other side, its either you go to the other side or do it yourself. I tell him politely that other locations do it. He said that wasn't the policy. I ask for the manager and the other female employee said that he is the manager, asked for his name and she would not give me his name and that I should call headquarters. I ended up doing it myself! Is this the policy or what because I am very upset with how this situation was handelled. It's either the employees are extremely lazy with pulling that hose out, and they just do not do their job properly. Have a sign saying please park on the right side of gas tank or something.. I obviously knew my gas tank wasn't on the right side, but all other locations have no issue with pulling out the hose..please email me back [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you kindly.

Payment charged without gas
Today I went to Domo Gas station at 1591 regent ave and told the guys there to fill in gas worth 10 dollars. He filled it and took payment from me. But when I checked the gas after going few metres away, the gas was not filled as the car wasn't showing any indication regarding it. When I returned and told the guy he said that he cant sort the issue in any possible way. He gave me a number to call so refund my money so I am also attaching the receipt and picture of my cars meter which one i took after filled the gas. Where you can check its still showing oil level low. One more thing in my car as it is honda accord 2015 touring model so whenever i filled the gas in my car the meter also gets reset everytime so after filled the gas from domo gas station nothing changed in my car.Thanks

Hi,
We went to Domo on 34th Ave in Edmonton last night to fill up gas. I don't know what did they filled my tank with? My new car only(9k on it)broke down within 1 km after filling up and the dealership is not going to cover it under warranty as they filled in wrong gas. The dealership says there is a pink fluid that they have never seen before. Our Car has already been towed twice within 12 hours, once to our house and then from our home to dealership. I have spoken to Margaret at the Head Office and left messages for Lily at Edmonton location I am hoping that someone gets back to me soon as possible as my family and I were in a collision recently and our other car has been written off and we are already going through a lot of pains and hassles on top of that we are left with no transportation now even to fulfill our daily needs.. We have to attend our Doctors appointment, physio and massage sessions 3-4 times a week, including my 9 year old daughter and we will not be able to attend these appointments if we don't get our Vehicle fixed ASAP.
So I hope that Domo does their investigations quickly and takes the full responsibility of what has happened. I am attaching the receipt for your reference as well.
price differance
Hi there so Ive noticed since last 2 weeks now the price is 38.9 per litre elsewhere even down the street from Domo in Castleridge in calgary location is 39.9 so why is that today I filled up as well same thing ? so why is it .01 more than other retailers ? so am not sure why is there difference in price when you can clearly the gas station is 38.9 cents at Domo its 39.9 ?

17 years ago I worked for do more gas for almost 2 years unfortunately my health was bad morbidly obese fast forward to now I'm 48 look 38 .kidding but I'm half the person I was then I do some nursing hut finding it very difficult now I've been a cashier manager at Walmart n shopper's drug mart first aid car trained I started back with do more on Sept 8 2021 after hearing 2 others had been let go both for bad things me no.but I was made to feel horrible I was walked out on Nathan supervisor just decided get didn't like me I made a few errors but as did the rest too I wasn't trained 2 times at best I was talked about but what really hurt that he waited till 5 min before I'm done and just says hand urban keys I said why no Need to give 1..pardon I wasn't ever spoken 2 or warned or signed any paper and that was it I can't make my bills I had no idea but he just didn't like me but I'm to follow up with u as there will be further investigation if you don't know what hoes on there I believe I was asking too much is why cause customers lived me I worked very hard stocking rating mopping cleaning outside perimeter and for 8 weeks I sold my buttons off for dash bonus every pay being told it's in the next pay I did 200 bucks myself so why would u condone such I'm profelism I'm already told I'm wasting my time nothing will be said or done but if you don't help me then I can call back Labour relations I worked as a team everyone knew that and your young supervisor changes my life for me no reason no warning zero I then call on next in command he said nothing didn't care told Nathan do what u want 3 employees gone in less than 4 months and the one who's stealing still goes there and they loan her money r u Fricken kidding I wasn't picking up paperwork obviously wasn't trained I would spend several hours a week on my time to learn I live 30 seconds away I'd come in early when they asked he bought a vacuum off me but waited till he got vacuum then fired me still no reason that is totally unacceptable like me or not your address superior and have to suck it up this has been horrible I don't have enough to cover my bills I was not aware this was going to happen Nathan also said he kept last girl on schedule to get his dental for free then let her go it's a pandemic I needed to work I certainly deserved at least 1 bonus but I'm guessing they shared mine all because why? Hi I want make a complaint about your employee arvinder who as working at 8.17 pm at 1591 regent avenue west Winnipeg, MB, Canada location I am regular customer of domo I parked my car at pump and your employee arvinder came and I pulled the gas hook and he dropped the gas cap instead of hanging when I said why you did not hang it he replied then what has happened instead of saying sorry I said it puts scratches I have new car he said I don't care . I said this is taught you in training to hang gas cap he said I was not taught this . Then he stopped to fill the fuel in the middle and told me you could fill yourself I said why are u not doing your job instead of saying sorry you are making arguments . They there was another guy and your supervisor was also there they did not say anything to me and he said you can go I said I need fuel then other guy filled the pump I told them to check camera but they did not take any action I asked employee I'd they did not provide me they said we can't tell you even your supervisor said we can't give you . It is my right to know employee id for making complaint for the right person . He said I would not serve you next time too . I am regular customer of domo for gas . I had very bad experience of customer service . All guys were Punjabi same from my community we come to domo because you provide service if we want to fill ourselves we can go anywhere else to . I'm not sure if this is the right place to write about things that I have been seeing at the falconridge location.
The manager that is running the show there is very unprofessional, I refuse to visit this location when he is there, the reason are as follow,
He has zero respect for his team
He swear at team in the front of customer
He is very rude to customer and his team
Very unprofessional for being in customer service to everyone.
I have worked in mangerment for customer service and to be talking down to his team in front of customer is not good at all, as far as I'm concern he is not Representing the domo family very well,
As I said before I refuse to visit this location now when he is there as I can't handle how rude and negative he is towards everyone,
I hope that you guys will do sumthing about it or give him a talking to, that's a really good team he has there but im afraid if this keeps going on there wont be a team left there.

Monday Feb 8, 2021 approx 7:15pm.
DOMO location: west Edmonton on 178 Street and about 98 avenue, across from Beulah Alliance Church.
I go to this location frequently and service here is always friendly and professional on the exception of this evening. The gentleman atrending to me was quite abrupt in demeanour and when I inquired if he would be able to clean my windshield as well he impatiently asked me "how am I supposed to do that in this weather?" It is indeed very cold but this is unacceptable behaviour. About 50 years old, curly salt and pepper hair, English as a second language, meduim build and height.
I will continue to give DOMO my service but will no longer be attending this location as I don't feel comfortable being treated like this.

Due to this covid-19 safety precautions Domo has implemented that we stay in our vehicles and wait to be served so as a customer I stayed in my vehicle in line with the other customers and when I finally pulled up to get served I was rudely approached buy a girl that works at the Lelia location at 1110 May 14th 2020 I was told to move when I requested what I wanted from Domo that this line-up is for gas customers only and to go sit in the parking lot 30 feet away knowing full well the last time I was there I waited 25 minutes car after car after car to be served and they all arrived after I did not only did she do this she was absolutely rude about it. So I told her I will go to another store to make my purchases from now on... as soon as I get home I will make my experience from your business public and make an input on your review board thank you domo fast and friendly service does not apply to your business model well at least the friendly part does not apply

I frequent the Domo @kimberly and Watt Street quite regularly, this is the third time that I've being unsatisfied with the service of this person. He is Surly and rude. This Sunday there was a sign on the door saying he would be back in 10 minutes...Myself along with a few other people waited for more than 15 minutes and he did not appear. And this is not the first time for this to happen. One time I asked him to please clean my back window as it was filthy he didn't put any water on the wiper and was slamming the squeegee thing so hard I thought he was going to break my window and it was a horrible job. Most of my family frequents this location and nobody cares for this fellow. I am not the only one who does not like him and therefore we will not be going to that location any longer even if it is close to our house. The rest of the fellas that work there are absolutely awesome and they kept us coming back!
I'm not normally a complaining person but this is been going on since summer and I have had enough and I'm sure many other people have as well!

Went to fill up my tank as I have done for a few years at the same service station today at approx 4:15 PST. The station is busy because a fuel truck is there and is taking up one of the four gas pumps. There is only one attendant. The attendant finally gets to us and proceeds to tell me that I am on the wrong side to get gas because the tank is on the other side. Typically this is not an issue but with all stalls full and a tanker truck in the way this was not really a concern for me. At most other stations the hoses can stretch the distance required no matter what side your tank is on, and this has been done at this station several times in the past. The attendent tells me he can't do it. I tell him he is being ridiculous because you can see the stretchy cord that allows the hose to move farther from the pump. He then proceeds to tell me to watch my mouth and then has the audacity to ask me what I said to begin with because English is NOT his first language. At this point I am not happy. I told him to watch his mouth and told him his customer service skills are atrocious. I left without gas and I will not be going back to the station again. The service is getting very bad at this station. This is the only Domo in my area...just saying.

I went to this gas station on 09/16/2019 at around 9:20 am at 791 Northmount Dr NW Calgary, AB T2L 0A1 and found a cashier in very short-tempered and rudest I have ever had in any service centre. After filling the gas in my car when I went back to show him that I have 2c discount card, he rudely said that you had to tell me at the first place that you have this card, where I think this attitude towards a customer was not meant to be at all. He intimidated to me by yelling, and when I said that you got to watch your manners, he said excuse me and said you have to watch yours. I think I should have called police on him which I didn't because I was in a big shock that how come someone can treat a customer like this. Watch before you go to this place!

Me and my family went to domo just 30 mins (feb 7, 2019) agoarount 8:10pm on ne castleridge location. I was out of gas after wait of 15-20 mins the car in front of me moved but it stop on the second pump but he can go to the one in front of hi. So I below the horn just to ask him to move forward. The car person didn't say anything but the boy working there name d alex start screaming on me I was with my kids and family he said get lost by raising his arm so I slide down my window and he said go away I am not going to fill you guys I request I have no gas but he keep refusing me. When the first car gone I move my car to the pump but he said go away i'm not going to serve you, than the another lady come out from inside and he just tell her that I am rude with him so he is not going to fill up she also ignore me and go inside her name is t-j tori. Than I go in side and request that lady but she said"no she can not do any thing. She said this is his right to refuse me but she also said I know his way is wrong but I cant help you" I ask that boy his name he said I don't want to tell you my name. Than I ask that lady his name she tell his name is alex. I ask her to give me her name but she said I don't want to give my name and I don't want to get my job in trouble because of this stupidity. After convincing her she give me her name tj-tori which I am not sure if the name are right or not. I aging ask if they can fill me but they aging refuse. I said to lady she can check there video camera's if I said any thing rude to that person. I was very depressed and shocked with there behaviour.
They don't even care that my kids are with me.

Not always being allowed to pay by cash before 10 pm
On several occasions I have gone to the Domo in Midnapore ( Calgary ) between 9:30pm - 9:45pm to buy smokes and or gas, when asked how I was paying told them cash, and am then told that the cash has been done for the night and was refused service...big sign at the station says exact cash between 10pm and 7am. So why can I not pay with $20 or $40 and get my change back...I cant always use my debit card .On Jan 20 2016, I showed up there at 9:40 and was told by the attendant to give him a [protected]@#$ing break as he had to go to a second job and a funeral the next day...I apologized for his loss and asked what that had to do with now, he said whatever cant do it! and I said I would be speaking to Craig (his Manager) and he said don't worry I will deal with Craig. he was alone on shift and no other customers around, but it wouldn't have taken him that long to give me change and fix the till to whatever it is set at...I have worked in customer service all my life and always go out of my way to look after the guests! him swearing at me was also very inappropriate . I have been going to this Domo location for many many years, but now I refuse to go back
