I went thru the drive thru window and they allowed me to order frozen coffees but couldn't hear me for some reason thru the intercom. So I went inside then they said hey don't make frozen coffees this late and it's only 1:53 pm. They were rude and so was the manager. I asked why all the other burger Kings make them at any time and they told me to bring my [censored] to that location then asked for who was next in line to cut me off. I had my 12 yr old with me and it was not professional at all.
