12/22/2019 @ 1600 we arrived at Sonic, the first window we pulled up to was not working, we backed up and went to the next. We pressed the red button to give our order but no one ever asked could they help us. We waited for 10 minutes with the red line saying someone will be with you in a moment. Now the Sonic was not full at this time and there was staff inside but no one ever asked our order. We left
We returned about 30 minutes later parked at another stall where we could see inside. The same thing happened. There were 4 people inside, 2 outside with 4 cars in the stalls and no one would ever take out order. We waited for 15 minutes with the red line on the screen someone to take your order.
I go to Sonic at least 4 times a week, I buy gift cards and I have the Sonic app but with this type of customer service I will give away my gift cards and not return to Sonic.
