Yes, I work for Applebees at 7515 Goodman Ed, Olive Branch MS. I just started there and there have been a mix-up already. One of the other host Rahnada, yesterday asked me to switch shifts for today and I said only if our manager tells me that it would be okay, well Emanuel the head manager never said anything to me when I tried contacting him about it he didn't answer at all. So our other manager Andy, which is an amazing manager, told me to be at work at 5pm, so that was the original plan. Well this morning I tried to get in contact with Emanuel about the schedule, still no contact. So the host ended up working my shift tonight. I went to Andy and come to find out he wasn't even told by Emanuel about my hours being changed to morning shift today so that made me miss work today. Andy should be in charge of that location due to him actually being good at communication skills with the employees and getting things done the right way and as best as he can. He does a way better job than Emanuel. Also Haley the bar tender/waitress shouldn't have called me out on the situation in front of our guests that were eating. That was very inappropriate. She isn't in charge so she had no business being rude when I was told by a manager to be in at another time. Emanuel needs to start communicating with Andy about situations like this one because he had no idea what was going on and thought that me and Rahnada were just taking off work for no reason all due to lacking communication

Oh and by the way it's my right to say what I want.
You can shut up because I don't see you doing anything to take care of something that needs to be taken care of when it's not the first time they had this issue with others and customers
