Hello, my name is Sharresa Drahos... I have been a donor at Great Falls, Montana facility for many years and have made over 1,000 donations. I have put off writing any complaints because as a supervisor you deal with them all the time. However I feel very frustrated and want to bring tonight my experience so others may not be frustrated. As I have an extensive donation record, I remember when the facility standards were very different. I am unsure where the significant change for improvement has happened but... Recently, I gave up donating because of the extreme wait time. It is usually a 50-70minutes to donate but after waiting for 2.25 hrs just for a bed to donate and then another 1.25 hrs for donations... Do you have an extra 3.5 hours twice a week to give up... It is very frustrating to receive promotions and it is frequency promotions but then you get emails stating extreme wait times... So then you miss out on the higher rate of compensation and mess up your bonus also the members are so overwhelmed they can't add your coupon code. Couple this frustration with the constant change and shortening hours to donate. I am not able to consistently afford 7+ hours in my schedule a week. I do want to provide some stand out staff... Amber, Luke, Celia, and another lady with long hair and I believe she is a shift supervisor and pregnant. They all have been very helpful and courteous when donors are frustrated. I hope you review the information provided and investigate on your own to provide solutions and not only resolve from a member perspective but also to curb from tainting any candidates for employment.
