1/01/2014 - Present (10/17/2015) I've been going to this Bojangles and spending money for over a decade as it is near my work. The employees have always been very friendly and the food has always been good, which is why I kept going there. Within the past year the only person I've encountered in the drive through was, for lack of a better word, an insufferable woman. At first, I assumed she was just having a bad day, maybe a bad month, it happens...but going on a year and this woman's attitude has declined to the point where I literally lose my appetite upon hearing her angrily SHOUT the Bojangles greeting at me through the drive through speaker. I immediately feel as if I have done something wrong and offensive just by pulling up to the drive through and making her speak to me. Then every step of ordering my food is met with a hostile tone. Today when I went (for probably the last time) same thing, practically yelled the greeting at me, then when I asked for BoRounds she got aggravated and very rudely told me I would have to wait if I wanted them, I replied that I didn't mind waiting which seemed to be an unacceptable answer as she continued to get more "huffy" with me. I suggest your company offer her a different position, perhaps one where she never has to speak to the public. Perhaps this will irritate her less and hopefully she will become a more pleasant person. I work in customer service 6 days a week and it is highly annoying to me that someone is getting paid to be visibly upset about their job. No one likes working, but that terrible attitude isn't going to fix that fact.
