I entered Bojangles at approximately 8:40 this evening and ordered the 8 wing box and two individual fries. The young lady taking the order stated it may not be enough in the pan. I told her I can wait for them to be cooked. The manager gestures like she had a problem with cooking more wings and waited at least 10 minutes before she told the worker let them know it’s going to be 15 minutes before they come up. The dining room is open but there I no food in the window. Staff is cleaning up, so food is stored in boxes and on wax paper near the drive through orders. The manager is extremely unprofessional and did not want to cook food or have food cooked. Every-time I come to this Bojangles I have to wait 30 minutes for my food. I am still waiting as I am typing this complaint and it has been 28 minutes.

For the past two days. Your young crew as been not taking orders. They get on the intercom laughing & saying we not taking orders @ the moment due to employee shortage. What? Excuse me! Where's the manager. She busy. How when u say u not open. After dat they don't say anything. So leaves us to drive off mad. And it's hard to get in touch with the people who run these restaurants. So I have put in news papers for these type of places to close down. They don't care bout the public. Just money. Missing part of order
Ordered online using the app. Ordered a bo’s chicken sandwich deluxe, with bo sized seasoned fries, and a diet drink, a second diet drink, and a regular seasoned fries. When I got home, my bo sized seasoned fries were missing. I had to drive all the way back to get them. They said “sorry about that”. They offered no additional compensation. This is the same location that chewed me out previously for taking too long to pick up my order (at the speaker, at the window, and again when they brought it out to me) and where on a separate occasion I went inside to pick up an order and the employees were screaming and arguing in front of all the customers.
Desired outcome: In the future, improve order accuracy, NEVER berate a customer, argue in the back, and if you mess up an order offer a free something to compensate.

I Joe Martin, just visited Bojangles in Sylva, NC., where i had the most horribke restaurant experience ever. I stood inside at register for approximately 10 minutes before anyone took my order. 2 orders of boberry biscuits and a large fry. Then it took approximately 30 minutes for me to receive my food. I went inside because there drive thru was slammed. When i spoke with the manager about this her response was we are just so busy and i have a new employee. I looked in the lobby and there were only 2 customers. So it takes the entire crew to run the drive thru? All i was waiting on was a large fry. I just got home and checked my large fry i purchased and saw i only received like half of a fry. What is wrong with this picture. I have never been treated like this in my life. I remember watching my fry being prepared. The new employee was working his fry station all alone. What i mean is the manager and other employees were walking constantly back and forth not bothering to offer assistance to this new person. On Monday August the 13th I had only two things to do, get my hair cut and grab something for breakfast. I was waited on by a young woman. Again, I wasn't in a rush so I didn't take offense when she made me wait while she finished her conversation (in Spanish) with a young male employee, When she asked me whether my meal was " for here or to go", her breath was horrible. I apologize for being rude but, you need to know. Her breath smelled like excrement. I made and paid for my order. I got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo with seasoned fries and a tea. Your seasoned fries are my favorite. I had my meal and left for home. I work second shift so I was resting for work later. My stomach began to hurt. I had to rush to the bathroom to vomit, afterwards I had very loose bowel movements, felt so bad. I had to call my boss and call out of work for that night. I missed an entire shift and Bojangles food and tea was all I consumed that day. I work full time doing housekeeping and I only make eight dollars an hour. Basically I feel Bojangles owes me sixty four dollars for the work I missed. No cuss words, nothing like that. Not only did I lose that pay but I was very sick. Please understand that I don't want an apology, I don't want a copy of your mission statement. I don't want a coupon or a gift card for Bojangles. I want $64.00.

unhealthy environment
My husband and I visited Bojangles in Rockmart Ga on Sunday July 22, 2018 while traveling . Your workers had no hair nets, gloves etc while serving food. Rude and hateful while ordering and more than two workers were sticking their unclean unwashed hands down in the food on the bar up front EATING food from the hot bar while standing behind counter. We found this the most disgusting environment and we will not return to this Bojangles ever!
My spelling isn't nearly as problematic as your franchise on Lee Highway in Ooltewah, Tennessee. As you may note, this is a complaint to follow up on the one that precedes this. My wife and I usually go to the above location every Saturday morning for breakfast. I have the same complaint. No hairnets, no gloves for the food handlers and on last Saturday morning the 20, I pointed this out to the order taker David. The male person filling the orders had a pony-tail, tattoos up both forearms and many more negative appearance points. I pointed out to David the fact that the server was carelessly handling food without gloves, touching french fries and putting his thumbs in trays of gravy and biscuits.
I was ignored! Next there was no knives and after asking the reply was they had none. There was no coffee, and scraps of food had been left on the tables and floors. The place was a wreck. We will eat there no time soon. We will most likely go back there in two weeks. At that time if the situation is no better, I will go to he Hamilton County Health Department and complain.

cajun chicken biscuit was raw
I went to the bojangles located at Peters Creek Road Roanoke, VA 24012 at 8am this morning (7/13/18) and not a joke. When I got into work and sat down and bit into my biscuit the chicken was RAW, my fries were also ice cold. I have never had this happen at a bojangles before. I would love a refund or a coupon or something. I never complain but this just made me sick to my stomach to see.
