I went through the drive thru at the Bojangles in Tramway area in Sanford, NC at around 10:30 this morning. A young man was outside taking orders. He correctly gave my order to the cashier. When I got to the pick up window after sitting for a couple minutes the guy outside at the window asked me to pull up to wait and I did. I sat there for over 10 minutes while he was giving out several other orders and I stuck my head out the window and asked how much longer because I had been waiting over 10 minutes. He said it was almost ready. Before I pulled off I noticed part of my order wasn't even in the bag. He got that for me. The food was all cold so I don't know why it took so long to get it. I think I was forgotten about. When I got home the order was all wrong and I was very angry. I specifically ordered 2 bacon and cheese biscuits, a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit, a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with Bo Rounds and a large sweet tea. What I received was 2 bacon biscuits (without cheese), a steak and cheese biscuit (without egg), and a steak, egg, and cheese combo with large sweet tea (no Bo Rounds). This is not the first issue my family has had with this Bojangles as my husband filed a complaint 3 to 4 weeks ago because he went in to order since the drive thru line was out to the road. He had to wait over 45 minutes in line with 6 people in front of him to get to order then had a long wait to get his food. There is a Hardee's right across the road that has good customer service and gets my order correct. That is where I will be going from now on. I think whoever is managing this Bojangles needs a complete overhaul in customer service and training for everyone. So disappointing! I am wondering how many people got incorrect orders today. I'm thinking a lot.
