Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com the manager in customer service

First of all I know that they had a lot of customers okay I have my order taken which band in the fast food business should have no reason for what was going on there was people waiting there food was no food at all what they gave me was to the point where she got every little fire out and what she should have did was had them make more fires am pretty sure that y'all will have more complains today the lady with a different color shirt on I'm guessing she was a manager I wanted to order one more thing then she told me can I just wait one minute I waited over 10 minutes and another worker got on the cash register and was taking other orders or the other people orders and I looked at her and told her I just was in line to order before all of them and you told me to wait and she said that she should have not took him they ordered either but either way the order that I wanted was the tot rounds then she's going to tell me that about 10 or 11 that was in there was the biggest size that it goes I say no there's a picnic sides I know it's more than 10 tots rounds she just had a attitude and trying to get rid of all the food that was sitting there forever away two people to eat and I think that that was very wrong for her to do and on my ticket it says that I ordered my food at 1:10 20 pm and it was not even that time when I got my food it was not even one in 10 minutes so I had to take a picture of that because that don't even sound right I got a ticket for a time that wasn't even the time that it was like if I just got it and I've been waiting there for awhile for my food I did not have many fries as if I got a kid's new my meat was so tough I know that it's been sitting it was not fresh it was not even really hot and I'm not going to even eat none of this

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com television ad for bojangles cajun chicken sandwich offer

One day last week I drove up to the speaker at the drive-thru lane to purchase the cajun chicken sandwiches that were advertised on t. v. ( 2 sandwiches for $5.00). The guy on the speaker informed me that there was no offer of that nature there at that store. I told him that I seen the ad on t.v. and he still stuck to his comment that there was no special like that right now. So my wife and I left without purchasing any food from there. We were very disappointed and could not understand why we were told that after seeing the ad for the Bojangles special. Since the ad was on national t.v. we assumed that all Bojangles honored their advertisements. This sure wasn't our case!

I went to the Bojangles in Mount Airy NC. Went through the drive-thru. Ordered my food. The young lady told me my total. When I pulled up to the window the car in front of me didn't get their food. They drove off. So I pull up she then tells me they aren't taking cards at this time. I would have appreciated if I was told this before I ordered my food. There were no signs stating that they weren't taking cards.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com management at store 603 winchester, ky

I worked briefly at this store. It was very dirty. I got food poison from my employee meal. I was hired for mid shift, then moved to mornings. Upon telling the manager, Corey, I never heard another word from him. He did not call me back to work. So, I found other employment. My 1st day, Saturday, May 5th, Corey and his partner come to my new place of employment and takes Sarah and Molly off to have a private chat with them. He, nor his partner purchased anything and they left right after the conversation. Sarah, who is the assistant, then sends me home and tells me to call the store manager on Tuesday to sort "it" out. Whatever "it" was came from Corey. This is unprofessional on his part. This is also harassment and slander. Now, I may not have a job because of Corey. I expect something to be done. I expect Corey to apologize to me, my boss and rescind any negative information. I know employment laws have been violated and will file a complaint with the labor board as well. Thank you.

I went to store in Thomasville NC and went inside to order and I ordered 2 breast
with green beans and macaroni and cheese and 2 large teas and it cost me 16.86
and I went home which is 3 minutes from the store. when I got home the tea was soured
and the chicken was cold. I called store and told them about the tea . The manager told me that if I come by the store they would replace it. I said that gas was $ 3.00 a gallon and I wasn't
going to do that . I hung up and got something to drink and started to eat and the chicken was cold as ice . I called the store and told them that I would never give them anymore of my business. It was May 5 2018 at about 9:25 pm.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com employee peeping tom in women's restroom

husband and I visited this Bojangles on April 21, 2018 from around 12:00 to 1:00 PM. I had been watching this one employee that was replenishing the napkins, straws, etc. I noticed that he could not do his job for watching the young women coming and going. Just before we got ready to leave, I went to the women's rest room. I had just gotten into the stall when someone came in. As they walked by my stall to go into the stall next to me, I noticed their shoes. I recognized the shoes. When they go into the stall and locked the door I noticed they climbed up on the toilet with both feet. Then I looked up at the top of the partition between the 2 stalls and a man was looking over into my stall watching me use the rest room. I yelled for him to get out several times and quickly followed him out of the women's rest room. I asked a man standing in the order line near the cashier where did he go and if he was an employee of Bojangles. He said he ran into the men's rest room and yes he was an employee. I immediately asked to see a manager and this young man came out and I told him I wanted to see a MANAGER and the cashier said "he is a MANAGER. I explained what had happened and he opened the door to the men's restroom and the man I saw was there. He asked the guy if he was ok, (REALLY)! I told him to get him out of there and out of my sight. While I was refilling my tea, the young manager brought an older guy to the counter and pointed to me as the woman from the restroom. I explained what happened and also how I had recognized the man by his shoes, his hair, and his face. He apologized, and said he was sorry and would take care of it. I told the manager that I was glad I had left my gun in the car, but I would not leave it there anymore, not that I would EVER go back to this BOJANGLES. The guy was standing next to the cashier when I left.

someone has used my information illegally to fill out a job application at a bojangles in chattanooga tn. i have never worked at a bojangles. it was a paper job application. the email jason.[protected]@mail.com is closed. i appreciate your help in this matter. this was in june or july of 2017. bojangles is a fast food chain in the south. again i have never worked there.

Someone has filled out a bojangles application at a bojangles Chattanooga tn. This was in June or July of 2017. I have never worked at a bojangles. I would like the job application destroyed. Your help is greatly appreciated. The bojangles hq is in Charlotte nc. I need you to look into this matter asap. This is Id theft . Thank you very much for your attention.

I was visiting the Bojangles on lovell road in knoxville, tn about 11:00 am Sunday feburary 25th. And the manager i think her name Danielle she was very rude to her emplyees and went to the restroom 4 times in a hour. and not very manager type. I will not visit this store again until something is done about her. And had customers walk out of the store and was making people wait for 5 to 10 mins outside in drive thru for their food. Thank you and Have a nice day

Hello. I have been with the Bojangles store number966 since August. Since I started I have had a leader put her hands on me. Ive witnessed fake temp times being written. We do not get breaks cause we are not minors even working 9 to 10 hour shifts. I have watch shift leader clock people out because of a disagreement. I have heard employees get bullied and if we speak up we're going to get fired. And employees forced to come to work sick. Please help us we really like working for y'all but we're losing good people due to these actions.

Hello, I worked for the jasper bojangles location about 10 months ago. I am just now filing this complaint because I now have at least three other credible employees who work for this location who are stating the same complaint against the general manager, Kandi. To give you some background, I have always worked in the service industry and have even worked up in positions to a trainer and shift supervisor, so I know what I'm doing and have worked under multiple managers and I can confidently say that she is the worst manager I've ever had. She is not an instructive manager who is doing her job by correcting her employees, she is a straight up bully, for lack of a better word. I went home crying multiple times, and did not work there for long. Not to mention she only allows five minute breaks for 5+ hour shifts. Kandi needs to learn how to treat an employee and stop degrading them, or she needs a new job that doesn't involve people. At all.

I thought Bojangles took pride in their employees appearance. I'm at the Bojangles at the corner of Mt. Holly Huntersville and Brookshire Frwy (Hwy 16) and had to look at bright neon green underwear worn by a young black male employee WHILE WORKING in the kitchen. He had on a blue shirt, black pants, and no belt causing his pants to purposely sag showing his lime-green colored briefs. Not only is this unprofessional but a definite health violation. I'm pretty sure Bojangles policy requires all pants should be tight around the waist with no underwear exposed for obvious reasons. I believe his name may be Romel.

We ordered Chicken Tenders and Mac and Cheese and have waited over 15 minutes for it to be brought to us in the parking lot. We witnessed the woman named Crystal, delivering the food talking to someone in the parking lot about her personal life instead of doing her job. She served two other people before us and we were here before them. Bojangles needs to update their staff before they lose a few customers.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com complaining about the biscuits.

Bojangles several years ago had the best biscuits of any fast food. Not today! they are too crumbly, the biscuit crumbles and falls all over you or onto the napkin.
We have eaten at several in the Athens, GA area and they all crumble. This week we had a biscuit at McDonalds and they have you beat!
You either have too much shorting and/or don't cook long enough. User to love Bojangles ham biscuit, but not go other places for biscuits. I am a senior and raised on farm, know how to cook.

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com damaged coffee cup

I went to store number 768. Check#483180 Time 7:54 am. on 11/29/2017. I ordered a combo with coffee. When the cashier in the drive thru window handed me my coffee it spilled onto my legs. The only reason I was not burnt worse was because I had on 2 layers of the clothing. I live right down the street from Bojangles and when I got home I notice that the coffee spilled all over and into my cup holder in my car. The cup was damage at the top causing coffee to spill from the top and was leaking from the bottom. I just wanted to bring this situation to your attention that your employees may be trained on identifying defective items before giving them to a customer.

Hello my name is Malik Carr and I am an employee of Bojangles here in Elizabeth City North Carolina I'm here to make a complaint against a manager name Lacey she's talking behind my back and I know this because I be hearing the things she says about me she calling me slow she called me a [censor] she also is calling me a worthless piece of labor, then I hear her bringing my personal life into the workplace which as I recall is against policy rules and regulations therefore she is stressing me out causing me not to perform my duties as a crew member well and she's also is stressing my fiance and her sister out because my fiance and her sister are tired of hearing about this and so am I and she also be making faces when she think my back is turned when I asked her a simple question on how to do certain things and she also has a group chat on Facebook trash-talking me and I don't want to leave working at Bojangles but if I have to continue to work with her I'm going to have to quit because it is keeping me from doing my duties as a crew member thank you

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com no changing table in men's restroom

Stopped at a bojangles restaurant today with my 1 year old daughter while I was there my daughter spoiled her dipper and it started coming out of the sides of it so I ran to the restroom to change her and to my surprise no changing table in the men's room had to leave my food and go outside to my car to clean her up they need to realize that dad's need a place to change their babies too I will not be going back there again.

You should consider contacting the store directly with your suggestion to put a changing table in the men's room. Unless they hear from customers directly, they most likely will not know that it's important for their business. Unfortunately a lot of businesses today do not have them, but it does appear that they're becoming more common.

I went thru the drive thru today to order. I ordered cheddar Bo biscuits and the guy said it's a 5 Minute wait and I said that's fine I don't mind waiting the 5 minutes. Literally 20 minutes later I had to pull back up to the window and I heard the employee say what she waiting for after the guy at the window said they were still working on my order. Do they have to make the cheese?

Bojangles’ International / Becajun.com manager and cashier cussing my in front of our 11 year old child

This in reference to bojangles in cedartown ga. 30125 the manager Kurtis and the cashier Tianna. Tianna called my wife a [censor] and asked what her [censor]ing problem was. This came after she was rude and argumentative. All we wanted to do was upside our gravy and she treated us like we were beneath her and wasting her time. At the time she cussed my wife out, Kurtis the manager came over and treated us the same way! He never apologized for her actions or said anything to her at all. After this we pulled off and found they left foid out anf gave us wrong items as usual. I went back in the store to get it corrected and Kurtis and Tianna were laughing about the whole ordeal. They did this in front of our 11 year old son. Is this the way you want your company represented? I don't what was said by me and my wife to her, there is not a company in the world that would allow us to be treated this way by an employee! If they are not fired we will make this situation as well as a lack of response public on every social media outlet possible, as well as public bojangles review sites as possible.

On the evening of 10/18 and many other nights, the service from this bojangles has been horrible, employees talking about personal problems loudly, brushing off customers and being rude, someone in line mentioned something about it to me and that's what made me complain because it really is a regular thing now, very unprofessional and it seems they have the manpower they just talk and joke way to much when customers are standing right infront of them waiting to be served. For me to take the time to write this also says alot. Hopefully someone can check into why everyone is so uninterested there.
