Good Afternoon,
I purchased my usual order of two egg and cheese biscuits and a bo-berry biscuit last night. I love that Bojangles serves breakfast all day. It was approximately 830 p.m. when I purchased these items in the drive thru on October 5, 2017, at store #1227 7413 Midlothian Tnpk. Richmond, VA 23225. I received my items in a timely fashion and drove to my destination which was 10 miles away. Upon arriving at my destination I saw that the two egg and cheese biscuits were over cooked and the biscuits did not appear like typical Bojangles biscuits which are usually delicious. The worst part was the bo-berry biscuit was wrapped in what appeared to be aluminum foil and had obviously been under the heat for hours. It was hard as if it was burned. I was not able to consume the bo-berry biscuit. I ate one of the egg and cheese biscuits before just throwing everything away. I wanted to drive back to tell the workers, what they had done was very unprofessional and lazy. I just decided to send this email instead of making the drive. I was very disappointed in the food quality, and most of all that someone would look at those items and feel they were still appropriate to serve a customer. I will be going back to Bojangles, just not anytime soon.

unprofessional service by a manager of all people
I was a regular customer that stopped on a regular basis, I stopped into the bethel store to place an order thru the drive thru, the speed of service was not acceptable, nevertheless, I decided to stay and place my order, the manager lyndsey took my order, I ordered 2 large dirty rices, bacon egg biscuit, bacon egg, cheese biscuit, roasted chicken bites combo, after I placed my order, I had another long wait, once I got to the window, your wanna be manager lyndsey copped an attitude with me, told me she did not have my order ready, and would have to wait an additional 8 minutes for more dirty rice to be made, at this point I was very upset, I did use profanity, because of the unprofessional service from your manager and staff, after I used profanity, she turned around and called me an [censor], I drove up and went inside of the store spoke to one of your employees and pointed her out, they gave me her name, this has been the worst exp, I am a customer right to be upset, unacceptable

I went to Bojangles this morning (September 30, 2017) around 8:22am, and went through drive-tru. I ordered 2 sausage, egg, biscuits and 3 hash brown rounds. But, the lady interpreted my number of hash browns as 6, and I said 3. I let the lady know that I said, 3 and not 6 orders of hash brown rounds and when I rolled up to the window, the two women were talking about me out load and very rude. The lady directly at the window said, "Yeah, I heard 6 orders, and then another women (a white women who was cooking/prepping food) said out loud and trying to be funny "Me too". I let the ladies know that I heard everything, and that it was very rude to talk about someone while they could hear. This Bojangles customer service is horrible, the staff are not professional, and to talk about someone like that is RUDE.

I got a job at Bojangles in Rocky Mount, Va . The lady told me i had to remove my nose ring I just got my nose ring a week ago but I still tried well it didn't work so I called the manager Nancy and told her my issue and asked if i could put a bandaid and makeup over it and she said no forget it and hung up and then i called back and she wouldn't answer. She is very rude to everyone they works there and she couldve been a little nicer to me bc i did try .

Went to Bojangles in Durham NC an asked if they serve supreme chicken tenders she said yes okay very happy so I ordered that with fries and upsize sweet tea. Service great fast and quick for my liking.. pull off look at food biscuits is dark chicken is dark and crispy fries looked good.. taste the chicken no no why an how all I can say chicken is burnt over cooked an have an after taste tea was ordered with light ice sweet tea taste water down an differently not tea tasting.. super mad about this I have pictures an wanna post them this is not acceptable
worst customer service ever at drive thru
We love Bojangles but the new branch off the Country Club Road, Winston Salem, NC that just recently open has gave us the worst customer service experience we ever had.
On 8/18/2017, we were at the drive thru line getting waiting for our turn to place a take out order. We sat at the line for good 15 minutes waiting for the cars in front of us place their orders. It seems like taking them forever.
When it was our turn to place the order, we have to repeat 3 times before the manager took over our order. Then we realized that it was the staff who was not able to place a call order and cause the line was back up. It was a simple 2 dinner orders combo with large tea and a kids tender meal with tea.
When we drove up to the window to pay our order, we have to wait for another 10 minutes because there was a car in front of us waiting to get their order. Didn't seem like a large order but we over heard they mess up the customer order. When it was our turn, the staff was getting to hand us 3 individual drinks with out a tray. Then I asked for a tray. When she was getting to hand us our foods, individual box without a bag! Then I asked for a bag, but her respond was "They usually don't give bag!". Seriously, 3 orders with no bag to carry? What type of customer service is this? No napkins, run out of Spolks? And they were just open! And no bag for 3 boxes of food! The whole process took us 45 minutes to drive out of that drive thru line! Terrible!
The staffs who work there have a very slow motion work ethic! They do not care about customer service at all. All they do were there to do the job, have no common sense to help the customers.
I think the Corporate should have retrain all their employees and serve their customers better. It was worst meal we have ever had!

I am writing because I've had two visits to the below mentioned store and both visits have been disappointing and discouraging.
On my first visit, I was met with terrible customer service via the drive-thru window. The individual had an attitude, no greeting whatsoever, when I completed my order just said to go to the window, never asked how I was or gave greeting if the day such as "Good Morning" or told me to have a good day. My order was incorrect, I decided to try a Cajun filet biscuit but wanted cheese and couldn't even get that.
My more recent visit (out of pure necessity based on where I was and timeline I had), I decided to stick to traditional breakfast because chicken was terrible last visit, so I ordered two egg and cheese biscuits with extra cheese. Instead, I get two Cajun chicken filet biscuits with a slice of cheese on each. How you confuse egg and cheese and Cajun chicken filet is absolutely beyond me.
Again, customer service was deplorable, similar attitudes, different person. I WON'T return there and will be leaving very pointed feedback and reviews but this needs addressed. I've spent over $20 on two horrible trips and haven't been able to even eat my damn food because simplicity isn't even something they can do.
My usual store is in Garners Ferry Rd and Hazelwood, in Columbia and they are amazing all around! But the store below, it needs work because I'm still fuming over my experience yesterday.

Store 956-Florence SC. Went through the drive through this morning, first one at opening... and whoever was working the window (white lady with a long ponytail/black hair)was extremely rude and mumbled about me under her breath because I asked for jelly after she had already asked if l needed anything else and I said no( seriously not that big of a deal). Seems a bit ridiculous to have such a nasty attitude, especially when you've just opened the doors, I can only imagine how unpleasant she will be in a few hours. Her attitude was ridiculous and is most certainly the type that will keep customers from coming back.

Tonight I order a family picnic mean from the Bojangles on Augusta Rd in Piedmont SC. To my surprise as I was getting the food out for my family I noticed the sides that were in the box were incorrect. I called over to the Bojangles location and explained to the employee what happened and she said "Well you can come over here and get the right items". I asked to speak to the manager and the manager got on the phone and said the same thing. As I explained to her that it was not my fault that the food was packed incorrectly and not I had to use my gas to come back to the restaurant and also my other food would be cold. She put the phone down and in the background I could hear her saying I don't have time to talk about that. After sitting on the phone about 3 minutes waiting on someone to pick it up I finally hung up. She would not give me her name when I asked for it because I'm sure she knew she was being rude and I was going to report her. My husband went to take the food back and the manager was very rude and was cursing as my husband asked for the correct sides. She said to my husband"[censor] you can get out of my store". I'm not sure if this is how Bojangles does business but if so I will definitely not be spending my money at Bojangles ever again. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced at a restaurant. As a manager at a corporation I know that Great Customer Service is very important especially in management and it seems like when you chose this employee you didn't take that under consideration.

Waited this morning July 21 about 30 mins and still had to leave the Bojangles on #1 Augusta Hwy in West Columbia because I was then late for work. Waited a long time to get to mic then was told to hold and I waited and waited, then I asked if it was going to much longer then she took my order then I moved up behind one car in drive thru and she had been waiting a long time. The drive thru used to be fast and they were respectful that people were trying to get to work. I just could do it any longer it was now 9:05 and I was late. Had a tough time but finally got my car out and went to work with no breakfast. Wish I had gone to the McDonald's on Assembly.

The service and drive through window times at this location are completely horrible. Took me 25 min to get an order of mashed potatoes at the drive through. This is every time I have been tjere for breakfast or lunch. The employees are in tjere just hanging out talking in plain site. The location in which I am reffering to is on statesville rd in charlotte NC.

This morning I stopped at the location listed above and placed my order in the drive thru. This is the second time I have experienced rude behavior at this location. I got to the window and paid for the order. She told me the bo-rounds has a 1:30 to cook and to pull up. I always hesitate to pull up but I did. I waited in my car for approximately 5 minutes. I turned my car off and went inside. I told the guy at the counter I was still outside waiting for my order. The lady from the window said to me..I told you it would be 2:30 minutes. Meanwhile I had bee waiting for 5. I couldn't wait any longer so I got fries instead, which were cold. I also asked for mayonnaise and ketchup, neither was in the bag. There is no telling how long I would have been sitting waiting for my order. when you are asked to pull up that is a sure sign you will be forgotten. I couldn't be more annoyed about this experience.

Hi, I arrived at the cherrydale location about 9:30pm on 07-10-17. I pulled at the drive thru and the lady asked me for my order.. I ordered 4 supremes and a biscuit, also a 3 wing meal with 2 fixins and a biscuit. The total was $12.13. I pulled up to the window to find a really nice pregnant girl very sweet! I gave her my money and she handed me my food and said it was pleasure serving me! She gave me my change as well! As I drove off my husband open up the boxes to check the food. Everything was old & cold! Biscuits was hard and we decided to turn around to take our food back for fresh food. When we returned we asked could we get it fresh. The girl at the window told her manager and I'm guessing the manager told her it was 5mins on the strips and 25 mins for the wings.. I told them I could wait 5 mins for the strips but can I get my money back on the wing meal. As we was waiting on the refund and strips. One of your employee's was blowing his nose and coughing while around the food. He stuck tissue up his nose and coughed in his hands.. He didn't go wash nor sanitize his hands. He picked up the rag and preceded to wipe off the table that the food go on! Gross! He then went over to my food and pulled it up from the grease still haven't washed his hands. Me and my husband watched him touch several products in the store! Without washing hands.. He touched just about everything. He has a tattoo beside his left eye and a tattoo on his neck! When the manager gave our change she didn't say thank you or I apologize! Not a smile either. The only one that seemed concerned was the pregnant lady! I want to tell her Thank you! She really cared! But I will never eat from the restaurant again! It was a disgrace! Horrible experience!

hair in my daughter's chicken
I ordered my daughter a chicken leg kids meal on June 14, 2017 at 9:51 pm. Once we got home my daughter went to eat her dinner. She found hair wrapped under the skin, meat and around the chicken bone. I immediately called the location. I live too far to go back. The manager Ben acted like he didn't care. So I emailed and called corporate the next day. I also posted pictures on Facebook and their area page. This is truly unacceptable! I will never eat Bojangles again!

Hi my name is Yan Shepherd, I just recently went through the drive thru of a bojangles in blacksburg, va. I ordered a family variety feast. After tax the total was $30.27. I paid with a fifty dollar bill and 27 cents. I stopped there bc I'm very busy today and won't be able to cook for my family. And we love your chicken. But when I was on my way home I found that they did not give me my 8 piece chicken. I had everything else. And no they did not give me a receipt either. I called them and they told me to call back in 5 bc the manager was in the bathroom. They took my namw. I said ok and called back in about ten minutes. The manager wanted to know if I had a receipt which is understandable but I didn't one. And then she was like well we don't see them charging you for that meal, but a supreme meal. And I told her what I paid and that I could bring all the good back to prove it. And she said she would have to go back and look. I said okay and she said bye and didn't even take my phone number down. I guess I'm supposed to call HER back if I want to get my chicken or my money back. This was not handled properly. AND yesterday we were in Salem, Va and I thought bojangles for dinner so we stopped at the one on main street and was going to order the family variety feast and the person in the drive thru taking the order got it wrong too. She kept saying only two sides come with it. So we said no we want the bigger one with 3 sides and she was Like it doesn't come with 3 sides just 2. And my husband told her he was looking at their menu and it says 3. She started to call back our order and that was wrong so me and my husband left and went to McDonald's.
I can't believe two days in a row I had problems. At two different stores.
Like I said my family loves your chicken But if this is how your service is going to be then we'll just go somewhere else. Thanks for listening and hopefully caring

My husband and I was traveling through Pembroke NC and stopped at Bojangles to get a breakfast. We ordered steak/egg biscuit combo on a bun and sausage/egg cheese biscuit combo on a bun. The buns was cold and the meat on both sandwiches was cold so was the eggs. We asked for mayo and it was not added but it was on the receipt. Bojangles is usually very good, that was the worst experience we've had there.
Besides not seeing the sanitation score too late, an 83, my order was not correct and when I got home 2 of my chicken tenders were burned and the middle of my biscuit was raw. Not a happy camper right now.

I normally don't make complaints but this particular store needs help. I usually stop by Store#000565 in the morning because I pass it going to work. Out of 5 times that I have ordered a steak biscuit from there, I've only had one good one. This morning 5/17/2017 I stopped at Store#000565 at 6:54am to get a steak biscuit. When I pulled the biscuit out of the bag crumbs was falling out of it. When I opened the paper the biscuit was hard on the edges and the steak was fried too hard. Now 6:54am is not late so I should have had a soft biscuit and a fresh piece of steak. I refuse to stopped there again. I didn't realized until I got down the street that I didn't even have my receipt. That store needs to be completed done over, new management and new staff. You should never serve food that you wouldn't eat.
order wrong, cold, and never get silverware
Every time I go they either miss something on my order, the fries are literally cold and stale, or they forget to give me anything to eat with. I always go by on my way to work, so I can't turn around and get what I was missing. It's getting really old! The only time my fries were ever good is when I literally asked for fresh fries, then they acted like I was asking for a free meal or something

This store is consistently the most inept representation of professionalism that I have ever witnessed! At 8am, your crack management team has one, count them, one employee on the whole front counter! She will take 3-4 orders, then, she has to stop taking orders, so that she can go over and bag the orders! Not her fault at all. Then, people who ordered first, somehow end up being served last; imagine that. The line got up to 12 people, and 5 of us left at the same time, walked right across the parking lot to McDonalds, and with 2 customers in front of me, my order took less than 2 minutes. I did not even realize that they also serve country ham biscuits, but I do now.
We have complained several times before, but so what, right? Same managers in place, and not One thing is different. I am posting this complaint, not because I expect anything to change; it won't. I am just hoping people come here to complain, see this post and realize how deaf your company is to it's customer complaints, and join me in never spending money at your establishment again. I am also going to post this to all my social media accounts. Have a great day.
they never get my order right
Every time I go to bojangles on Andrews avenue in Henderson nc they never get my order right...tonight I order the 12 piece super tailgate meal and only got an 8 piece I order mashed potatoes and gravy and didn't get my gravy ...i love 30 mins away I could not just go back up there and get what I was missing...the other times I went i ordered sausage and egg biscuit and they put cheese on it or bacon and cheese and they put egg...i am very dissatisfied with this...it would be different if I only happened once but it happens every time!
