I was at the Ulta beauty today, 11/05/22. I was just coming in to get a couple things and to get my free birthday goody. The way I was treated by a lady that was at the register was horrible. She was so rude and made me feel so silly for everything I was asking, I do not have a lot of experience with make up. I was just wanting more information on some products and she talk to me like I was a child even my husband was upset with the way she was talking to me. I literally left the store, feeling embarrassed and because I know the other customers heard the way she was speaking to me. This was at the Ulta in Asheville, North Carolina, located in the Asheville mall. I have a pretty big platform on social media and I'm going to let everyone know my experience. The way I was treated was not OK what so ever. I hope nobody else ever has to experience that.
Desired outcome: I would really like a response from someone. So I can at least know my experience has been heard.

I have shopped at Ulta at Asheville mall in NC for many years. I recently spent $100's on clarins products there. I recently also bought some nail polish I did not like. when I went to return it I was coldly told I was not allowed to return or exchange the nail polish until the year was over. The manager was cold and rude to me. I will never shop there again. I can find the same beauty products at other stores. I recommend those shopping for beauty products go elsewhere where personal service is given respectfully to shoppers and stores without corporate rules that are used against good clients.
