Ulta Beauty review: The treatment l was given picking up a order,

I went on January 8th 2025 to pickup a curbside order in Parish Florida before 12PM. I had to put in my information 2 times and no one ever came to deliver my order so l had to go inside of the Ulta store. The person was very RUDE and said that they only took people curbside in order. The store had very few customers. She proceeded to be very condescending and when l asked to look in the bag to make sure that it was the right item, she did not like that and proceeded to open the bag and hold up the item. I wanted to look to make sure that it was the correct number of foundation and she did not want to give it to me to check. I have never ever had good service at this location. No problems with other location in my area. Needless to say l will never ever go back to that location l asked to speak with a manager and was told to file a complaint with corporate.
