Morgan Properties

We have lived at a Morgan Properties apartment complex since July of 2017. Everything was great until the new Racist Area VP. Came to SC. Now I also see many people in his region all the way to FL complaining about the service and lack their of. This is a very reverse racism company, they have allowed all white people to be fired for no reason, they have replaced all the long time white employees with spotless employment records with African Americans who have no clue about the Aleged "Morgan Properties way". They are rude, they work when they want to, they have one maintenance man on staff now due to the service Mgr of 12 years leaving due the VP. &Regional being 100% discriminatory against any and all White people. The one service guy always has more tha. 20+ service requests at anytime bc he has bo help. The new tenants that are coming into the community are NOT even close to the same kind of people that were rented to before this new nightmare team took over. I'm
NOT refering to race regarding the new tenants. I'm just saying the quality of the people. The fact they don't pick up their dog poop. Their is trash left everywhere, there are kids that are allowed to be loud vulgar and rude to adults. They are out and unattended screaming at all hours. There seems to always be a cop on the property for something every other night or more. Theses things were NOT around when there was a different team running these Properties. It is beyond disgusting to me that in this day and age, even with all the BLM etc trying to change the racict cops of the world, but no one stops to see that there is Racism going on everywhere in every culture. You can be discriminates against even if your white. Update, there are black people that are racist. I know that is not a popular topic these days, but its FACT! Even having mixed children, doesn't stop this new team from being discriminatory to you. It is at the point that we have officially FILED law suits regarding, wrongful, self help Evictions that this new team has been allowed and or encouraged to do against numerous residents in the SC region. They are accepting money from SC stay Plus for people, then locking them out of their payment portal so residents can't see when their help comes in and what they used the money for. It is illigal to lock residents out of their personal payment portals. They are allowed to refuse rent in some instances, but locking residents out of their access is against the landlord tenants laws of SC. This new team is convinced they are above the law. Mainly bc their fearless leader the new Area VP believes he walks on water. And is allowed to do what ever to whomever he wants. I guess he know the deep dark dirty secrets of Morgan Properties because they have and continue to allow him to do illigal, discriminatory, Racist and more actions! I don't think it is a coincidence that he was transfered to SC from the MD area and there are numerous lawsuits against Morgan Properties in the Regions where he was a Regional Mgr. I think becoming an Area VP made him think he is much more than he is. Again, He gets sent away from his region w TONS of class action lawsuits, single lawsuits outrageous amounts of service complaints on every level of his people. Yet SC was the top Area in Sevice, tenants satisfaction etc until he came. Now it is just like all the other areas he has run into the ground. Countless complaints regarding ever aspect of service,
satisfaction fair housing laws, fair, ethical, employment, discriminatory actions against disable people and ao much more! I would encourage anyone who has experienced same or similar issues from the SC, NC, FL & GA regions while renting or working for Morgan Properties since Oct of 2020 to file complaints reach out to me if u wish.
