I purchased a half dozen donuts on or about December 29 2021, when I opened them later that day they were stale. I went back to return them, I was told there was nothing she could do for me as she could not do refunds only her manager could. I returned two days later only to be laughed @ by the previous cashier & assisted by another cashier by the name of Ana
who told me the same thing while another cashier rudely interrupted who told me I needed to leave so they could keep the line moving... there was no line. These young ladies need to understand how to deal professionally with customers. I felt triple teamed, offended, embarrassed & annoyed.
Desired outcome: Money returned with a respectful apology
