It's crazy how I spend money to stay here when I check in it was so un professional girl was cleaning her bleeding finger and the manager was talkin in her air pods about some drama when I checked in the floor was so nasty u had to mop it in my hand and knees and it was so black after manager tried to say it's because something about the floors now today my air is not workin Friday I got tell the girl at front desk she said well the maintenance man leaves at 5 I'm like not my problem said she got off now and I said how is that my issue he comes up to look at it kept cuttin me of said he could bring a older unit but it's doesn't get as cold he was rude as hell I paid almost 300 and cometjing to stay here comfortable and that was unacceptable from the manger to the other girl in office goin to ask me was it on cool like seriously there rude and in professional instead of giving reasons why how about apologize and try to fix it none of them even apologized it's sad we came here instead of cliff dale property but here was by far the worse
