Americas Best Value Inn - bedbugs

My son who serves in the military, booked one of your rooms for he and his fiance to stay at over the this holiday weekend. They checked in on 11/23/19. Yesterday she found a bedbug crawling on them as they slept. When my son got home last night from his shift at 11:30pm he had to pick her up and move their stuff and find a hotel in the middle of the night. Apparently he signed something saying he would be compensated for the days they stayed, if they got bugs. That's unacceptable. We are already out 225.00 and have to call a professional to get their luggage fumigated. You company needs to do the right thing and refund him the nights they stayed there, Saturday and Sunday while they became infested with bugs that you all are aware of. It's all over the internet that this motel has bed bugs. He trusted that you guys would provide and take active measures to eliminate a bed bug issue. Not to mention they asked for non smoking room but the pungent smell of smoke was all throughout the room. I am requesting that he is refunded the entire amount of what was paid for this place. If not I will be contacting the local news station to let them know how your company takes care of their military as well as contacting the base to let them know so they take the appropriate actions to make this establishment off limits to military and their families. I hope that your company sees the seriousness in this issue and do right by my son and his family. He does not yet have the life experience to know how serious this is and when told last night he signed a form about bed bugs and they won't give him his money back he felt he could not do anything about it. I appreciate your company doing whatever they need to take care of this issue. Thank you Sandra Paff

Americas Best Value Inn - room

Stayed at your hotel on November 4. My name is Ayana Carter. [protected] or c.[protected]@gmail.com. I was attacked by bed bugs. End up having a bad allergic reaction. Had to go to the emergency room. I called the hotel to let them know, and i was hung up on. I just wanted them not to rent the room again until it was treated. I called several times, and again, she hung up with out even apologizing. I couldn't work because my eyes we're literally closed. I Had 3 bites on my face and it was swollen. Now that i was treated unfairly. I expect a refund or a free couple of night stay at another hotel. I've enclosed pictures. And if you need my bill from er, i can send that too. I have been waiting patiently for them to makeit right but have not heard any thing. Very upset!

I'm so sorry to see this My son checked in there on 11/23/19 and found bedbugs as well and they won't even give him the money back for the days he stayed. Please contact their corporate head quarters as well.
