Sheetz - mto food service

I love sheetz, I love my sheetz. I spend a lot of money there, and I order food every day.

Today I ordered some nachos and a hotdog, I waited the 15 minutes for it to be ready and I went in. I sat there for 35 minutes because I assumed they were busy, and thats fine, I understand. But when the line cleared out, I asked if one of the orders behind the counter was mine. The girl acted like it was a problem to even check to see if it was my order. So beyond my 15 minutes for the order to be complete, I waited a half an hour to be treated like [censored], and I got soggy food.

Thanks. Ambie the shift manager was doing a great job, it wasnt her, it was the girl making the milkshakes the whole time I was waiting. And again, I didnt mind waiting if my order was in line behind other orders, im mad that my name wasnt called out, and that I waited so long to be treated poorly and get substandard food. Like it was a big [censored]ing hassle for her to even check. I wish I had gotten her name. Im not a person that makes complaints regularly.

Desired outcome: i dont even know. im just highly angry that the employee acted like it was a problem to take 2 seconds to check my order that had been sitting for 30 minutes
