YES! Communities - upper management / site manager

This is what i see daily, and when i complain about anything they talk down to me like i`m stupid. (they think just cuz it comes out of thier mouth that they`re right and they`re not) I`ve been here going on 19yrs. and i know what the rules are but, don`t understand why you have to complain to get anyone to enforce said rules. In fact, when yes bought the place they handed out (only to ppl. that ask) a copy of said rules and said they would strictly enforced. When in fact the only rules that have been enforced are the one or ones that they can hire someone to do so. Like towing ...
i`m posting pics. They`re what i see daily.
Also, My lot does not meet any of the local ordinances codes and never will, (there`s just no room) unless my home is moved to another lot. On the 1st of this month i told Denise (manager of the property) that i need to show her what`s going on in my back yard. Water and suer pipes, drainage issues, and i have no privet drive way with access to the street as per local ordinances codes.
Last but not least, over a year ago she (Denise) told me that she was working on the trash cans to be moved in of the street issue as per local ordinances codes and YES Communities guidelines for community living. and still nothing. i`m sick of what this place looks like. Most of the pics.were taken two days after trash day, so it sits all week . (all week, they sit there all year, s) the last pics. are of my home.

I called the number you provided and left a massage, no reply to date . After I called, I remember that when I was living in Charleston S. Carolina (yes community) I fixed this guys car that no one else could seem too . He said if I ever need anything to let him know . (works for arc/yes) So, I reach out . After that, I reached out to my second cousin (she's an attorney here in Raleigh N.C.) Although she`s very busy, she set an appointment up for me to go though my file . (she reminded me that I saved her little brother from drowning and she feels like she owes me) However, (now that I know who you are) I feel like I should make a couple of points before I move out of Village park . My wife has told me to, GET OUT !
One. You did not address the part of my complaint where I stated my lot is not in compliance with local codes and ordinances . No matter, I`m out . Two. Picture #11 was and has been and still is as I write this there before the big clean up effort of last Saturday . She had everyone here (of course you already know that) I saw two woman walking past my house with bags in their hand for the trash they where to be picking up . I guess that`s was what was going on . They missed that . ? Three. Most of the pictures are very recent and can only be seen from the cities street . Which in my opinion should be a major focus for the over all appearance of this community .
Now to the issue at hand, so everyone can read.
The manager stop my wife on her way in from a hard days work, stopped her on the street and stated that I was posting stuff on the internet and social media and that I can not be putting their names out there like that . (now IDK who`s names she is talking about) and that she needed to talk to her in the office this week . My wife came in crying and told me to, GET OUT! I have seven days as of now to do so . This is the third time since these new people (manager and her assistant) Which BTW the manager stated to me that she buts heads with . ? Really! That maybe way it`s hard to get stuff done . IDK... Nor do I care . Fire her, N.C. is a right to work state, and insubordination is grounds for immediate termination . But, I`m sure that you already know that . So, there you have it folks .
I`m embarrassed because of the way this place looks . why do I have to embarrassed you` all to get it cleaned up . (Oh that`s this is probably the big things going on behind the sense) I SWEAR! you people are something else . Remember this: To be offended is a choice we make; it is not a condition inflicted or imposed upon us by someone.
Also, if you`re looking to point a finger, point it at Maria, she is to blame . I`m not to be ignored ! By By … B-KIND :) and have a good Memorial day weekend, and remember the reason :)

I appreciate the sentiment and the fact that I got a reply. However, there is a new issue that came up yesterday afternoon and I don`t want to discuses it here in a public forum, not to mention I don`t know who you are. With that being said, I really would like to speak with someone out of this area. How can I do that, and who would it be that I would be speaking with if you would please. And time is of the essence.
Thank You kindly.

I came across this complaint a couple of weeks ago. I live in the same park Village Park in Greensboro NC. and know Mike and his wife Mary. As I read the post and saw that it was marked Resolved. Anyone reading this can see that the only reason Mike said it`s resolved is because they ( manager ) to his wife that she was going to turn it over to the attorney.
In fact I felt compelled to take pictures and come back to voice my opinion on the matter. Nothing is being done about any of the points that were discussed in Mikes complaint.
Here are three pics. The company truck is parked in front of Mike and Mary home and I would not want to look at the trash all week end sitting in front of my home like that. The trash cans on their street are always out on the street . The office leaves their trash cans in the narrowest street in the park you have to stop to let the people speed by.
Also, the leasing and sales agent Emirba told my husband and I not to talk to Mike because he is a trouble maker. WOW! What a professional thing to say.
Mike and his wife Mary are some of the nicest people we have met.

YES! Communities - guidelines are not enforced

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. ( But this site requires 350 ch)Trash cans left out on the roadway all week. So, who's lazier the resident or management. (I think manager)The one pic. of the stack of wood is an old deck that was torn down and has been sitting there for years. Manager after manager and no one sees it. The first pic. is how management left the lot after extensive work. They worked on it for weeks after buying it from a resident. That was money well spent. lol. People now live in it and no one picks up the trash. When Yes! supposedly bought the place we where told of big changes.( I, as many others think they just changed the name again). You know how big business works. Tax brakes for new businesses. etc.) The only changes I see is they bring in new homes and through a little piece of landscape at it and pat themselves on the back for a job well done. In closing: When YES! made available the new guidelines one would believe in good faith that they would enforce said rules. J feel if the guidelines where enforced (on a daily bases) that it would be a much nicer place to live. This manager drives right by cars parked on the grass, and when confronted she say I didn't even see them. Really! they're four feet to the right of her. I think she's just lazy. No parking on the grass BUT, you can drive over the grass to park on your rear patio. Or on a vacant lots drive way.(also in pics).

Shortly after I made this post the manager and her two maintains guys went around with the pickup and got all the stuff that was in the pictures up. ( she never got off the golf cart )
The stuff that I didn`t post pictures of is still there. And the guidelines are still not being enforced. After one of my conversations with the manager here, telling her about some abandoned cars. She said to me that she was not going to have someone dictate to her what she does or doesn`t do that she does what they tell her to do.
So, there you have it in a nut shell. THEY ! Who ever they are do not give a flying crap about what the residents think or need.
I see the big man come around once in awhile, he drives around with the manager and leaves. So one can assume that the place looks good to him too.
He`s a joke and so is YES COMMUNITIES ! Don`t do it people you will be sorry.
