I signed up for a Free Trial on January 16, 2019 - After checking my own profile, I decided that the information is not valid or well presented and I want to cancel and not go forward with any subscription. I called to cancel and, after 30 minutes on hold, I was told I was the next caller and then was immediately disconnected.
